Please read the following informtaion carefully before you begin installing your wall panels.

Tools & Materials

Here is a checklist of what you require to install your panels:

Adhesive Trims
Tape Measure Hacksaw
Silicone Spirit Level
Handsaw Pencil

Preparation

  • PVC is commonly known to expand slightly in humid conditions. Prior to carrying out any work, allow 24 hours for your panels to acclimatise to the environment.
  • Clean the work area before installing the panels, making sure to remove any film, dirt and other residues.

Tips and Advice

  • Some panels are supplied with a protective film. Leave this on while cutting the panel as it will help prevent scratches.
  • There are lots of ways to cut panels. We recommend practicing on unwanted sections first & double check your measurements.
  • Health and safety should be observed throughout your project. Wear protective glasses and a mask when cutting to avoid irritation.EASY PANELS Wall Panels - Tips and Advice

Step A – Corner

  1. Start off by cutting the internal corner trim to height using a hacksaw.

  2. Apply the adhesive to the egdes of the internal corner and fix to the wall (you can use masking tape to temporarily secure).

  3. Slot a panel directly into the trim on the left side, mark the position onto the wall and then repeat to the right (use the spirit level to ensure the panels are even).
    Step B – Fixing

  4. Wall panels are classed as building materials and may incur minor defects to the edges. Please allow for this and trim to accommodate.

  5. Cut the panel using a hacksaw with the decorative side facing up.

  6. Double check panels are cut correctly and then apply adhesive to the back of your panel and silicone on the inside corner. Place panels against wall and smooth out air pockets. To ensure watertight, run a thin bead of silicone into the groove before  epeating the process for each panel.

  7. Apply silicone to the inside end caps to ensure watertight finish and apply adhesive on the outer edge for fixing to wall.

  8. If pipes and other fittings need to be incorporated, fill in the outside of the 2-3mm expansion gap with silicone.

Maintenance

We recommended using warm soapy water and a non abrasive cloth. Solvents are not advisable. It may also be helpful to wipe down excessive water with a soft, dry cloth to avoid discolouration.
Wall panels are suitable for use in temperatures of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius.EASY PANELS Wall Panels - Fixing 1
