Installation Instructions:

Connect the Light Pillar to the Lamp Head (Refer to FIG 1)

Connect the Light Pillar to the Garden Stake (Refer to FIG 1)

The ON/OFF button is located near the light on the underside of the solar panel.

Choose the lighting mode then forget all about it, the solar light will automatically turn on when it gets dark then turn off when it’s bright outside. Use the power button to cycle through 2 brightness settings:
a. Press the ON/OFF button once to turn the solar light on to a dim light (in this this mode the light will stay on for up to 12 hours after the battery has been fully charged)
b. Press the ON/OFF button twice for a bright light (in this mode the light will stay on up to 6 hours on a full charge) -
We recommend you water the ground area where you want to place the assembled solar light prior to placing in the ground for ease of installation and to avoid breaking the garden stake.

NOTES:
- You will want to place the solar light in an area that receives full direct sunlight (at least 5- 6 hours) to the solar panel during the day and keep away from other lights such as porch lights as the lighting from other sources can prevent the solar light from utomatically illuminating.
- How to tell if the light on — Simply cover the solar panel with your hand or place the solar light in a dark place and it will light up. If it doesn’t charge for 5-6 hours, then test again.
- With a full 5-6 hour charge the solar light should illuminate for 3-12 hours, please note that weather, sun intensity, temperature, and heat can affect working time.
- If the solar light loses illumination or intensity a dirty solar panel may be to blame, simply clean off the solar panel with a soft cloth and mild cleaner or water will work just fine. We suggest cleaning the solar panel every 2-3 months or more often if needed.
- Minus temperatures may result in shorter illumination time. To protect the battery in minus 10 degrees or lower the solar light may shut OFF, don’t worry it will resume once the temperature warms back up.
The performance of the solar light is dependent on the geographical location, weather conditions and seasonal sunlight. On cloudy days and during winter, the solar panel will not receive as much direct sunlight resulting in reduces brightness and operating time. Turn the light on the dim setting mode to extend the time for the light to stay on during these times.
