APP download and installation
This product supports Android and Iphone mobile APP software.
Scan the APP and download the QR code (the first page of the manual) for
installation.
Mobile APP login
- For individual users: You are advised to use the device ID to login. The default password is 123456
- Enterprise users: can register and log in through mobile phonenumber and manage multiple vehicles and devices at the sametime.

Product use Procedure
- Open the card slot and insert a mobile sim card that supports GPRS Internet access.
- After inserting the card, long press the power button for 3 seconds until the indicator lights up and starts up.
- Open the mobile APP and enter the device number to log in and che -ck the device.
Tips: Please charge it fully for the first time. The chargi -ng time is about 10 hours.
Troubleshooting Common Problems
If the above operations, but still not online, please carefully eliminate th -e following problems.
- Whether the sim card is correctly inserted for use, mobile sim card is strongly recommended.
- The chip of the card is facing down, and the gap is facing inside. Che ck whether the direction of the card is correct.
- This device does not support telecom card, and it is not recommende -d to use 2G network in some areas.
- check whether the card is overdue, change the card to try, indoor sig -nal may not be good.
- Whether the locator is turned on or not, if the indicator light is on, you can judge the working state of the indicator light.
Select the appropriate SIM card
Please buy the standard SIM card of China Mobile. Please refer to the following figure for the size and style of the SIM card:
Indicator Status Description
Blue light: represents GSM signal indicator light:
Note: Blinking fast indicates that there is a signal, blinking slowly
indica tes that there is no GPRS network, and steady on indicates that there
is no SIM card.
Green light: GPS signal indicator light;
Note: Blinking fast indicates that a GPS signal is found. Steady on
indica -tes that no GPS signal is found.
Red light: indicates the power indicator.
Note: The red light is on when charging, and the red light is off when it
is full. The red light is off when it is working normally.
View vehicle operation
- The map page will be displayed when you log in for the first time. The -re is a “device list” at the top.You can query the location information of the vehicle. Or click the vehicle icon in the map to view.
- The vehicle float window information pops up, and all the functions in the “Function” page can be operated.
Device Management – Add devices
If you have registered an administrative account, perform the following operations to add and manage devices:

Positioning Mode Description
You are advised to use the default mode (common mode) for individu -al users.
- Normal positioning mode: real-time positioning, stop can be a key wake up, normal operation.
- Power saving mode: Locate the device once a day or once a week.
- Sleep mode: Start the positioning function according to the set time.
Note: The periodic positioning mode is mainly used for enterprise users, but is cautiously enabled for individual users. open the pattern, must by manual boot to make equipment online. Or wait until set orientation of cycle time to switch mode.
