Product Usage Instructions

Front Mud Flap Set Installation

1. Ensure you have the necessary tools: 7/16 Open Wrench or Socket Wrench, Push Pin Removal Tool, Electric or Rechargeable Drill, and Phillips Head Bit.
2. Refer to the diagram and parts list for a clear understanding of all the necessary components.
3. Start on the driver’s side and remove the factory guard by taking out the two factory screws and one factory push from the inside of the wheel well on the factory guard. Also, remove the one factory screw located above the factory guard on the inside of the wheel well.
4. Reinstall the factory screw in the bottom of the fender.
5. Loosely install mud flap hole #4 to factory hole #8 using a capscrew (b) and flat washer (e). Secure it using a flat washer (c), lock washer (f), and hex nut (g).
6. Loosely install mud flap holes #1 to #3 to factory holes #5 to #7 using a sheet metal screw (a) and flat washer (d).
7. Use a square or other leveling tool to ensure that the mud flap is level.
8. Gently tighten all fasteners.
9. Repeat the procedure for the passenger side.

Rear Mud Flap Set Installation

1. Ensure you have the necessary tools: 7/16 Open Wrench or Socket Wrench, 1/4 Open Wrench or Socket Wrench, 3/8 Open Wrench or Socket Wrench, 5/16 Open Wrench or Socket Wrench, Push Pin Removal Tool, Electric or Rechargeable Drill, and Phillips Head Bit.
2. Refer to the diagram and parts list for a clear understanding of all the necessary components.
3. Follow the same steps as mentioned above for the front mud flap set installation, but this time, use the provided parts and instructions specific to the rear mud flap set.

IMPORTANT
Manufacturer is not responsible for negligent use of vehicle with mud flaps installed, including over-tightening of screws and bolts causing damage to vehicle or mud flaps.

INSTALLATION

(For ease of installation it is suggested that the wheel be removed)

1. Before you install your Mud Flap Set, see the diagram and parts list for all necessary parts. Start on the driver’s side.
2. Remove the factory guard by removing the two factory screws and one factory push from the inside of the wheel well on the factory guard, and one factory screw from the bottom side of the fender on the factory guard. Also remove the one factory screw located above the factory guard on the inside of the wheel well.
3. Reinstall the factory screw in the bottom of the fender.
4. Loosely install mud flap hole #4 to factory hole #8 using a capscrew (b) and flat washer (e), and secure using a flat washer (c), lock washer (f), and hex nut (g)
5. Loosely install mud flap holes #1 to #3 to factory holes #5 to #7 using a sheet metal screw (a) and flat washer (d).
6. Using a square or other leveling tool, ensure that the mud flap is level.
7. Gently tighten all fasteners.
8. Repeat procedure for passenger side.

Note: Vehicles with and without flares require slightly different hardware. Please read instructions carefully to ensure you are using the required parts for your application.

(For ease of installation it is suggested that the wheel be removed)

• Before you install your Mud Flap Set, see the diagram and parts list for all necessary parts. Start on the driver’s side.

• Remove the factory guard by removing the two factory screws and one factory push pin from the inside of the wheel well on the factory guard, and one factory screw from the bottom side of the fender on the factory guard.

• Reinstall the factory screw in the bottom of the fender.

• Remove factory plastic inserts on factory holes #6 and #7

• Install bracket hole #8 to factory the hole that contained the push pin using a machine screw (a) and flat washer (e), and secure using a flat washer (g), lock washer (j), and hex nut (k).
  *Note: For vehicles with flares, it is required to drill a 1/4” hole through the flare to access bracket hole #9.

• Install spring nut (l) over factory holes #6 and #7.

• For vehicles with flares, hold mud flap to vehicle so holes #2 & #3 are aligned with holes #6 & #7, mark the flare through mud flap hole #1, set aside mud flap and install spring nut (l) over mark on flare.

• For vehicles without flares, loosely install mud flap clip (m) to mud flap hole #1 using a cap screw (c) and slotted washer (h).

• Loosely install mud flap hole #3 to spring nut on factory hole #7 using cap screw (c) and flat washer (i).

• For vehicles with flares, install mud flap hole #1 to spring nut (l) using a cap screw (b) and flat washer (h)

• For vehicles without flares, slide mud flap clip (m) behind fender.

• Install mud flap hole #2 to spring nut on factory hole #6 using a cap screw (c) and flat washer (i).

• Install mud flap holes #4 & #5 to bracket holes #9 & #10 using a sheet metal screw (d), and flat washer (f)

• Using a square or other leveling tool, ensure that the mud flap is level.

• Gently tighten all fasteners.

• Repeat procedure for passenger side.
