The machine is only intended for water-wash use.
Do not hose down the machine with water.
In order to prevent damage to the electronics (and other parts) that may occur as the result of condensation, the machine should be placed at room temperature for 24 hours before being used for the first time.

1.2 Commercial use only
The machine/machines covered by this manual is/are made for commercial and industrial use only.

1.3 Ergonomics certification
The human body is designed for movement and activity but physical stress injuries as a result of static and repetitive movements or unfavorable working postures may occur.
The ergonomic features of your product, the ones which may influence your physical and cognitive interaction with it, have been assessed and certified.
A product that exhibits ergonomic features, in fact, shall fulfill specific ergonomic requirements, belonging to three different areas: Polytechnic, Biomedical, and Psychosocial (usability and satisfaction).
For each of these areas, specific tests with real users have been performed. The product was therefore compliant with the ergonomic acceptability criteria requested by the standards.
In case several machines are managed by the same operator the repetitive movements will increase and as a consequence of this, the related biomechanical risk will increase exponentially.
The possible postural risks are the interaction with the door handle in case the machine is not placed on a base.
Follow the below recommendations to avoid, as much as possible, operators acquiring a bodily injury.

  • Place the machine on a base instead of directly on the floor so that the operator does not need to bend his/her back unnecessarily when loading and unloading.
The minimum suggested height of bases is 300 mm.

  • Make sure there are suitable trolleys or baskets for loading, unloading, and transportation.

  • Organize job rotation in the working place in case several machines are managed by the same operator.

Hints And Tips

8.1 The laundry load

  • Divide the laundry into white, colored, synthetics, delicate, and wool.
  • Obey the washing instructions that are on the laundry care labels.
  • Do not wash together white and colored items.
  • Some colored items can discolor with the first wash. We recommend that you wash them separately for the first time.
  • Button up pillowcases, close zippers, hooks, and poppers. Tie up belts.
  • Empty the pockets and unfold the items.
  • Turn inside out multi-layered fabrics, wool, and items with painted illustrations.
  • Remove hard stains.
  • Wash with a special detergent for heavy soil stains.
  • Be careful with the curtains. Remove the hooks or put the curtains in a washing bag or pillowcase.
  • Do not wash in the appliance laundry without hems or with cuts. Use a washing bag to wash small and/or delicate items (e.g. underwired bras, belts, tights, etc.).
  • A very small load can cause balance problems with the spin phase.

8.2 Stubborn stains
For some stains, water and detergent are not sufficient.
We recommend that you remove these stains before you put the items in the appliance.
Special stain removers are available. Use the special stain remover that is applicable to the type of stain and fabric.

8.3 Detergents and additives

  • Only use detergents and additives specially made for washing machines:
    – Powder detergents for all types of fabric.
    – Powder detergents for delicate fabrics (40 ℃ max) and woolens.
    – Liquid detergents, preferably for low-temperature wash programs (60 ℃ max) for all types of fabric, or special for woolens only.

  • Do not mix different types of detergents.

  • To help the environment, do not use more than the correct quantity of detergent.

  • Obey the instructions that you find on the packaging of these products.

  • Use the correct products for the type and color of the fabric, the programmed temperature, and the level of the soil.

  • If your appliance has not have the detergent dispenser with the flap device, add the liquid detergents with a dosing ball (supplied by the detergent’s manufacturer).

8.4 Ecological hints

  • Set a program to wash laundry with normal soil.
  • Always start a washing program with the maximum load of laundry.
  • If necessary, use a stain remover when you set a program with a low temperature.
  • To use the correct quantity of the detergent, check the water hardness of your domestic system.

8.5 Water hardness
If the water hardness in your area is high or moderate, we recommend that you use a water softener for washing machines.
In areas where the water hardness is soft, it is not necessary to use a water softener.
To know the water hardness in your area, contact your local water authority.
Use the correct quantity of the water softener. Obey the instructions that you find on the packaging of the product.

If the water hardness in your area is high or moderate, we recommend that you use a water descaling product for washing machines.
Regularly examine the drum to prevent lime scale and rust particles.
To remove rust particles use only special products for the washing machines. Do this separately from the laundry wash.

9.3 Maintenance wash
With the low-temperature program, it is possible that some detergent stays in the drum. Make regularly a maintenance wash. To do this:
