After wiping off & resetting the connection, how to pair the connection again?
- Bluetooth Connection: The product switches to Bluetooth mode, waiting for the pair – open the Bluetooth on your device, find the Bluetooth name “X100” – pair.
- USB Dongle Mode: Product switches to USB Dongle Mode – USB dongle connected to PC/device – Find an ejection pin, insert into the side hole – pair.
Notes:
- When a headset is at a low battery level, there is a voice prompt, and the power indicator red flickers; if the battery dies, the headset powers off automatically.
- Please charge the headset when the battery is low.
- After powering on, if there is no connection for 5 minutes, the headset powers off automatically to save battery consumption.
- While the headset is being charged, it powers off automatically, and is not able to power on; users can use wired mode though.
How to Setup With Devices
PC, Laptops, Macbook Pro/Air (USB Dongle Mode)
- Connect the USB transmitter to a side USB port on laptop computers.
- Hold the Power button to turn on the headset.
- Fix the settings: system settings- sound settings- choose X100 as audio output- choose X100 as microphone input (recording device).
PS4/PS5 (USB Dongle Mode)
- Connect the USB transmitter to the USB port on the PS4/PS5 console.
- Hold the Power button to turn on the headset.
- Fix PS4/PS5 console settings: main menu- settings- devices- audio devices- set input device to X100- set output device to X100- set output to headphones to all audio set volume control to 100%.
Nintendo Switch, Mobile Phones, iPad and other Mobile Devices (Bluetooth Mode)
- Twice click the “Mode” button to switch to “Bluetooth” mode.
- Open Bluetooth on your device, search, and find the name X100″.
- Pair & Connect.
Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X; and other mobile devices (Wired Mode)
- Connect the audio cable to the 3.5mm audio jack on a headset, and the other end of the audio cable to the phone jack of the Xbox One controller.
- Fix the settings on Xbox One: select settings on the menu page, “yes”- display and sound, “yes”- chat console, “yes”- no change, “yes”.
Notes: when the headset is in wired mode, the headset powers off automatically, and all control buttons are disabled.
