SIMKET 10039-3753 MPPT Solar Charge Controller
Main Feature The MPPT Solar Charge Controller is designed to efficiently charge batteries using solar power. It features a 3-stage charging mode: constant current (MPPT), constant voltage, and floating. The system voltage can be set to 12/24/36/48V or set to Auto.

- The controllers can only be installed indoors.
- Installation should be done by qualified professionals.

Air Circuit Breaker and Wires Requirement
- Copper wires
- Air circuit breakers
Wire Connection Sequences It is recommended to connect two wires to two PV+ and another two wires to two PV-. For BAT+ and BAT-, the same way of connecting wires should be followed.
Installation Steps
- Connect the circuit breaker and wires according to the provided diagram.
- Follow the wire connection sequences mentioned above.
- Set the battery type and system voltage using the LCD display indication (explained further below).
- Adjust the parameter settings based on the battery type and system voltage (explained further below).
LCD Display Indication The LCD display provides various menus and options for configuring the charge controller. The following menus are available:
- Menu1: BAT Volt & Charge Curr
- Menu2: BAT SOC & Charge KW
- Menu3: PV Volt & Temp
- Menu4: BAT Type & SYS Volt
- Menu5: Load Mode (7H)
- Menu6: ERROR & Charge State
Battery Type Setting The battery type setting can be adjusted based on the following options:
- Battery Type = USE
- Battery Type = LI
- Battery Type = SEL/GEL/FLD
Parameter Setting The parameter settings depend on the battery type selected. The following parameters can be adjusted:
- BAT Type
- SYS Volt (auto 12/24/36/48V)
- EQU Charge Volt
- Load Mode
- BAT Charge Volt
- FLD Charge Volt
- LDV Charge Volt
- LRV Charge Volt
- BST_R Charge Volt
Press Key Operation The press key operation allows navigation and adjustment of settings. The following keys are used:
- Function Key: Long Press for System Mode, Short Press for View Mode
- Operation Key: Long Press for Setting Mode, Short Press forNavigation
Error Code The charge controller may display error codes in case of any issues. The following error codes are defined:
- E00: No Error
- E01: Battery over voltage
- E02: PV over voltage
- E08: Over-discharge
- E20: Device over heating
Working Mode The charge controller operates in different working modes based on the code set:
- Code 3.0: Night mode, no charging
- Code 4.0: MPPT mode
- Code 7.0: Absorption mode
- Code 8.0: Floating mode
Caution! All steps must be carried out when the PV modules are disconnected from the controller.

Dimension Please use the provided screws to avoid damage to the internal PCB. Apply proper torque when pushing the screws into the casing to avoid damage to the internal PCB.

Warning and Caution
- Be aware that only qualified professionals could install these controllers. Please read all manuals before installing them.
- Keep controller away from water. Don’t use wet towel to wipe controller.
- Keep wiring correct, don’t reverse wiring. Please pay attention to terminal wiring sequence.
- Keep controller in an environmental temperature from – 20℃~+55℃. Avoid direct sunlight. 4)Keep good heat dissipation.
- Use the pure copper wires and connect all polarity correctly.
- The load output is only for DC load less 5A current.
- Please don’t set any parameters if you are not professional since the controller can work fine in default condition except lithium battery.

Wire Connection Sequences
It’s better to connect two wires to two PV+ and another two wires to two PV-. For BAT+ and BAT-, it’s same way to connect wires
Installation Steps
- The battery voltage should be more than 12V, then the controller can boot up. Install air circuit breaker between controller and batteries. Turn on the circuit breaker, then connect batteries to controller with correct polarity.
- Install air circuit breaker between controller and PV modules. Turn on the circuit breaker, and ensure the PV polarity correct, then connect wires between PV modules and controller.
