Product Usage Instructions

Charging the device:
Charge the Crew Headset using a standard USB A to USB-C cable.

Getting Started:

• To turn on or off the headset, press and hold the On/Off button for a few seconds.|
• To adjust the volume, use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons.

Operating the Crew Headset:

• The Crew Headset can be operated using natural voice commands, buttons, or the mobile app (optional).
• To activate voice commands, use the “Hey Cardo” as an activation word.

Intercom Set-Up:

To create or join a new Intercom Group, press and hold the Intercom Button. The headset will enter the grouping process.
Only the admin (group creator) can tap once to successfully group the members.
To stop the grouping process or cancel grouping, press and hold the Intercom Button again.

Intercom Group and Safety Functions:

To access the voice menu, tap the Intercom Button once. You will hear a list of commands.
Some available commands include Group Mute/Unmute, Private Chat, Emergency Call, Channel Management, Two-Way Radio Sharing on/off, Level Dependence On/off, and Self-hearing On/off.
To operate a command, tap once after hearing the desired command. Press and hold to exit the menu.

Mobile Phone Pairing:

To initiate or cancel Bluetooth pairing with a mobile phone, press and hold the PTT Button for a few seconds. The headset willenter pairing mode.
Search for Bluetooth devices on your mobile phone and accept the device to complete pairing.

Mobile Phone Functions:

To answer or end a call, tap the MFB Button once.
To reject a call, press and hold the MFB Button.

Private Chat:
To chat privately with a group member, choose the member via the Mobile App and start or stop the chat.

Bluetooth & Leisure Functions:

To access the voice menu, tap the MFB Button once. You will hear a list of commands.
Some available commands include Speed Dial, Redial, Voice Dial,Audio Mute/Unmute, Music On/off, Next track, Previous track, FM Radio On/off, Next station, Previous station, and Auto scan.
To operate a command, tap once after hearing the desired command. Press and hold to exit the menu.

Two-Way Radio Pairing:

• To initiate or cancel Bluetooth pairing with a two-way radio, press and hold the PTT Button for a few seconds. The headset will enter pairing mode.
• Choose the pairing slot by tapping once after hearing the desired slot. Search for Bluetooth devices on your two-way radio device and choose “Cardo PRO-1” to complete pairing.
