Choose a suitable location for the Solar Japanese Lantern where it can receive adequate sunlight.
Place the lantern in the desired location.
Ensure that the solar panel is exposed to sunlight for proper charging.
Turn on the lantern by sliding the power switch located on top of the light.
Slide the switch to the desired position:
- White: Changes the light’s colour to a bright white light.
- Amber: Changes the light’s colour to a warm amber light.
- Off: Move the switch to the centre to turn the solar light off. In this position, the unit will not charge.
During the daytime, even when the unit is on White or Amber settings, it won’t illuminate as the solar panel is equipped with a daylight sensor.
The lantern will automatically charge and turn on the LED lights at dusk or when the surroundings turn dark.
For safety:
- Do not look directly at the LED light to avoid damaging your eyes.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or remodel the product, as it can be dangerous and will void the warranty.
- Keep the product away from flammable items to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Switch off the product when not in use for a long period of time.

Please turn the product to the white or amber setting and fully charge it under direct sunlight before use.
Charging time may vary depending on the weather, temperature, and seasons.
Do not charge the product indoors or in any place where direct sunlight can’t reach. Otherwise, the product will not charge properly.
Please keep the solar panel clean to make sure the product can be properly charged. Frequently clean the solar panel as needed. Avoid scratching on the panel or it may lower charging efficiency.

The power switch is located on top of the solar light.
Slide the switch to the desired position.
- White Changes the light color to a bright white light
- Amber Changes the light color to a warm amber light
- Off Move the switch to the centre to turn the solar light off. While in the off position, the unit will not charge.
