A/S Exchange Regulations

  • A/S Costs may vary depending on BSL Co., Ltd. regulation.
  • Rather if it cost of charge or free of charge, every A/S product including ear tip, and others will be at personal expense when mailing the product.
  • Returns and refunds will be made only for the hearing aids and will be handled according to the following rules
  • Within 14 days after the sale of the product, replacement or refund for any problems caused by defects in the product.
  • If the purchase receipt can not be checked, the warranty period of the product is calculated from the date of manufacture. We will repair free of charge the trouble that occurs during normal use within the warranty period. Even under the warranty period, repair cost may be incurred in the following cases.

  • Failure or damage due to user’s carelessness or misuse
  • Failure or damage caused by user’s repair modification, disassembly, cleaning, etc.
  • Failure or damage due to natural disaster such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning
  • Failure or damage due to improper storage such as falling, impact, pressure, dust, mud, sand
  • Failure or damage due to carelessness in storage (hot, humid place, cold)
  • Failure or damage caused by consumables or products other than normal products
  • If the validation is not possible (eg. if the serial number of the product is damaged)

Safety Instruction

Please read the ‘Safety Instruction’ and ‘How to use’ carefully before use.

Wireless Device
Wireless devices can transmit radio frequency (RF) energy, much like a cellular telephone, whenever batteries are installed and the wireless device is turned on (if it has on/off switch). Before boarding any aircraft or packing a wireless device in the luggage that will be chekced, turn the wireless device off.

Earbud Device
Extened exposure to high volumes when using the earbud may result in temporary or permanent hearing loss. To prevent damage to your earbud, avoid sitting or stepping on the earbud and dropping it from a high place

Battery‐Powered Device
Improper use of batteries may result in battery fluid leakage, overheating, or explosion. Do not heat, open, puncture, mutilate, or dispose of batteries in fire. Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery terminals on the device, they can become hot and cause inflammation.

Safety Instruction
Please familiarize yourself with the instructions.
Check your ears for massive earwax or foreign objects.
If there is any foreign substance on the product, remove the foreign substance.

Caution

  1. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this device in rain or moisture.
  2. Dno not attempt to take apart, open, service, or modify the device, doing so could present the risk of electric shock or other hazards.
  3. Do not use this device in a place exposed to high temperature, high humidity or dust. Do not wear this product when receiving medical treatment or radiation treatment at a medical institution.
  4. If water or sweat enters the device, it may damage the internal parts and cause malfunction. If water gets in to the device, wipe it with a dry cloth immediately and contact our service center.
  5. When decorating or coloring the product arbitrarily, the appearance and surfact of the product may deteriorate and cause an irritation depending on the constitution. If this reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
  6. If you want to control the sound through the application, please be familiar with how to use the application.
  7. Excessive high volume may cause temporary or permanent hearing loss.
  8. Keep the product clean. Use in dusty environments may cause product failure.
  9. Keep earphones and ear tips as clean and dry as possible.
  10. To conserve battery power, turn off the product when not in use.
  11. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.
  12. Lithium-ion battery can be replaced by authorized person of manufacturer using tool. Replace of battery by non-authorized personnel can cause the risk to operator.
  13. Interference may occur during treatment to other devices, it has a potential risk possibility. Therefore, please operate the device at the environment recommended by manufacturer.
  14. There is possibility to affect the EMC performance if operator is not used parts that is recommended by manufacturer. And if the damage by using unspecified parts, manufacturer does not warranty for damage of the device and parts.

How to Use

How to Wear

  1. Open the cover of the Cradle and separate the Earbuds L and R inside the Cradle.


  2. Distinguish the L and R of the earbud and gently insert into the ear.

Power
You can turn the product on (ON) or off (OFF) by operating the switch located on each earbud.
If there is a connection history (if Bluetooth connection is made for the first time in Page 6), it will be automatically connected to the mobile phone when disconnected from Cradle.
If you press the button for more than 6 seconds, you can insert it into the cradle and pull it out again.

Enhancer Mode (Clean Voice)
The earbuds separated from the cradle will automatically be in hearing aid mode when the power is turned on.

  • The EM-V100 application allows you to use more optimized hearing capabilities.

Volume
The fitting mode of the application allows you to adjust the volume of the desired range.

Bluetooth Pairing

  • First, take out the Earbuds from the Cradle and press the button to turn on the power.
  • To enter the pairing mode, double=click the earbud button twice and check the voice guidance to confirm that you entered the pairing mode. Then, turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone to search for the device that you want to connect.
  • Select [EM-V100_L or EM-V100_R] from the list of Bluetooth devices found on your smartphone to connect. (When reconnecting, the device will connect automatically.)
  • The pairing mode is maintained for 1 minute after entering. If the Bluetooth connection fails, you must enter the pairing mode again according to the above items.
  • How the smartphone connects to Bluetooth depends on the manufacturer or model. Refer to the operation manual of the corresponding device.

Phone Call
Connect to Bluetooth on your smartphone first before use.

Call Answer: When receiving a call, press the button on the Earbud once to receive the call.
Call End: To end the call, press the button on the earbud during a call.

  • When the Call ends, it automatically switch back to hearing aid mode.

Music Streaming
Connect to Bluetooth on your smartphone first before use.

Play: Press the Earbud button once during Bluetooth connection to play music.
Pause: If you press the Earbud button once during music playback, the music will stop.

Charging

**** The left and right side of the Cradle charger ae different. Please insert the earbuds properly when charging.
Charging

  • If there is no battery in the earbuds, hearing aid mode will automatically turn off with a voice guidance. In this case, please charge the device before use.
  • If the battery in the cradle is sufficient, insert the earbuds in their respective positions and close the cover to charge the earbuds.
  • If the battery in the cradle is low, it may be possible to charge the earbud, so you can charge the battery by connecting the USB port on the back to the power source.
  • The LED colors of the cradle during charging are as follows:

  • When the power is ON, the remaining battery level can be confirmed by voice or TONE.

  • You can check the remaining battery level by closing the lid while the lid is open while you carry the cradle.
