Product Usage Instructions

  1. Prepare safe for first-time use:

  2. Remove the trapezoidal keyhole cover.

  3. Insert the key into the keyhole and turn it clockwise.
    Note: Do not lock the key inside the safe as it is an override key for emergency access.

  4. Install Batteries:

  5. Remove the battery compartment cover.

  6. Insert 4 AA batteries (non-rechargeable).

  7. Reinstall the battery compartment cover.

  8. Programming Your Safe:

  9. Press any button once to start the lock system; the blue lights will turn on.

  10. Enter the factory code (1,2,3,4) using the keypad buttons numbered 1,2,3,4 from left to right. The blue light will flash twice if the code is correct, and the door will open automatically.

  11. Change the Keypad User Code:

  12. Find the Reset Button located inside the battery compartment.

  13. Press the Reset Button twice; the blue lights will flash.

  14. Enter a user code (4 to 6 digits long) using the keypad buttons.

  15. Press the reset button again.

  16. A successful programming of the user code is indicated when the blue lights flash two times. Note: If the code setting was unsuccessful, the red lights will flash four times, and then the blue light will come back on. Please try setting the code again.

  17. Adding Your Own User Fingerprints:

  18. Press the reset button twice in quick succession; the blue keypad lights will flash.

  19. Place your finger on the fingerprint reader; the blue lights of the keypad will stop flashing.

  20. Lift your finger to finish the first scan.

  21. Put the same finger on the fingerprint reader again; the blue lights will stop flashing.

  22. Lift your finger to finish the second scan.

  23. Quickly repeat steps b) to e) until a total of six scans have been completed; the blue keypad lights will flash two times to indicate successful programming.
    Note: Up to 5 different user fingerprints can be recorded. When a 6th different user fingerprint is added, it will replace the 1st user fingerprint recorded and so on.

  24. Resetting to Factory Default Code: Press and hold the reset button for at least 5 seconds. The red light and blue lights will flash and alternate quickly three times, indicating that all saved fingerprints and keypad codes have been deleted successfully, and the safe has been restored to factory default settings.

Prepare safe for first-time use

  1. Remove trapezoidal keyhole cover.
  2. Insert key into keyhole and turn clockwise.

NOTE: Do NOT lock key inside safe! It is an override key and you will need it to open the safe if the code is lost or the electronic lock runs out of batteries.

Install Batteries

  1. Remove battery compartment cover.
  2. Install 4 AA batteries.
  3. Reinstall battery compartment cover.

NOTE: Do NOT use rechargeable batteries or any other type of non- alakaline battery. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Programming Your Safe

All safe models initially work with the factory code: 1,2,3,4 and with any fingerprint. It is important to change the factory default code to your own user code immediately.

  1. Press any button once to start the lock system, the blue lights will turn on.
  2. Enter the factory code: 1,2,3,4. There are 4 keypad buttons numbered 1,2,3,4 from left to right, the buttons are not labelled.
  3. The blue light will flash twice if the code is right and the door will open automatically.

Change the Keypad User Code

  1. Find the Reset Button located inside the battery compartment.
  2. Press the Reset Button twice, the blue lights will flash.
  3. Enter a user code (4 to 6 digits long) and press the reset button again.
  4. A successful programming of the user code is indicated when the blue lights flash two times.

NOTE: When the code is less than 4 or more than 6 digits, or the code setting was unsuccessful for any other reason, the red lights will flash four times and then the blue light will come back on. Please try to set the code again.

Adding Your Own User Fingerprints:
NOTE: When using fingerprint, you must set new Keypad User Code too or the safe will open on factory set user code of 1,2,3,4.

  1. Press the reset button twice in quick succession, blue keypad lights flash.
  2. Place your finger on the fingerprint reader and the blue lights of the keypad will stop flashing.
  3. Lift finger to finish the first scan.
  4. Put the same finger on the fingerprint reader again and blue lights will stop flashing.
  5. Lift finger to finish the second scan.
  6. Quickly repeat B) – E) until a total of SIX SCANS have been completed, blue keypad lights will flash two times to indicate the successful programming.

NOTE: Up to 5 different user fingerprints can be recorded. When a 6th different user fingerprint is added using the above sequence, the 6th fingerprint will replace the 1st user fingerprint recorded and so on.

CAUTION: If the red lights on the keypad flash four times and then turn off during the fingerprint scanning process, the fingerprint scan

Resetting to Factory Default Code:
Press and hold the reset button for at least 5 seconds, the red light and blue lights will flash and alternate quickly three times, which indicates that all saved fingerprints and keypad code have been deleted successfully and the safe has been restored to factory default settings.

NOTE: Factory default code is 1,2,3,4 and the fingerprint lock can be unlocked with any fingerprint.

Locking Your Safe:
Close the lid. Once the lid is closed, the safe is securely locked.

NOTE: The override key needs to be in the locked position. Remove and store in a secure location.
