General instructions

Do not use the product in vehicles or boats.
Clean the product only with a clean, dry cloth, note the user manual.
Contact the Customer Service department of Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH for all repair and maintenance work.
To prevent discoloration of the surface, stick felt gliders under the rubber feet of the product or place a rug underneath on parquet flooring, painted wood, and similar surfaces.

Safety instructions

Life-threatening to children!
Unsupervised children could swallow small parts of the product, accessories or packaging material. The product is not a toy.

Risk of interference with medical equipment!
WARNING! Magnets can impair the function of pacemakers and implanted defibrillators.

Keep the product away from pacemakers and implanted defibrillators.
Warn wearers of such devices against approaching magnets.

Hearing impairment due to continuous high volume!

Continuous listening at a high volume can damage your hearing.
An amplifier set to full volume can produce very high sound pressure, which can have psychological consequences as well as cause organic damage. Children and pets are especially at risk.
A high volume may cause a nuisance for others.
Avoid continuous listening at high volume.
At high volumes, always keep your distance from the product and never place your ears directly against the product.
Before switching on set the volume to a low level.
Reduce the volume if other people are present.

Risk of injury and material damage due to improper handling or mechanical stress!
Improper handling of the product may result in injury, material damage, or fire. Heat caused by direct sunlight, moisture, and mechanical stress caused by heavy shocks, falling from a height or pressure on the product can result in material damage.

Follow the instructions for setting up the product in the user manual.
Lay cables in such a way that they do not pose potential trip hazards.
Do not disassemble, open, or destroy the product.
Only use the product at an ambient temperature of 0–45 °C.
Do not expose the product to excessive heat, e.g. direct sunlight, for extended periods of time.
Protect the product from moisture and humidity.
Use product indoors only and do not operate in damp rooms.
Do not place vases or other vessels filled with liquids on or near the product.

Disposal

Important information according to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)
Electrical and electronic equipment must be recycled separately from household waste in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
Electrical and electronic devices must be recycled and not disposed of in the household waste.
The symbol of a dustbin with a cross through it on electrical and electronic equipment additionally indicates the legal obligation for separate collection.
Recycle electrical and electronic equipment at collection points.
Do not dispose of electrical and electronic equipment in the household waste.
According to § 17 ElektroG, consumer electronics shops are obliged to take back waste electrical and electronic equipment under certain conditions.
Stationary distributors must take back an old electrical appliance of the same type free of charge when selling a new electrical appliance (1:1 take-back).
This also applies to home deliveries.
These retailers must also take back up to three small used electrical appliances (≤ 25cm) without this being linked to a new purchase (0:1 take-back).
According to ElektroG, as an online distributor of electrical appliances, we are obliged to take back appliances accordingly, although our obligation to take back 1:1
When delivering a new electrical and electronic appliance is limited to large appliances (> 50 cm) of the same type, due to our product range.
We comply with the obligation to take back appliances other than large appliances via our service provider.

Used electrical appliances can also be returned free of charge to an official drop-off point of the local waste disposal authority.

NOTE

For safety reasons, do not send any lighting devices (such as lamps).
Contact the collection points of the local waste disposal authority to return lighting devices.
The end user is responsible for deleting personal data from the used electrical appliances before returning them for disposal.
