Product Information

The Aqua Computer High Flow 2 and High Flow LT are flow sensors designed to be integrated into your cooling system. They provide accurate flow measurements between approximately 40 l/h and 1000 l/h. The High Flow 2 features a stainless steel cover, while the High Flow LT has a circuit board. Both models are compatible with Aqua Computer devices and come with a cable equipped with both standard and miniature connectors for easy installation.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Integrate the flow sensor into your cooling system, ensuring that the direction of flow can be freely chosen.
  2. For optimum performance and minimum noise, make sure that the stainless steel cover (High Flow 2) or circuit board (High Flow LT) of the sensor is facing upwards.
  3. To securely install the sensor, affix screws to the base of the sensor using the included suitable screws.
  4. Connect the appropriate 3-pin connector from the supplied cable to the flow sensor connector of your Aqua Computer device.
  5. If using a High Flow 2, also connect the appropriate 2-pin connector from the cable to a temperature sensor connector on your Aqua Computer device. Note that the High Flow LT does not have an integrated temperature sensor.
  6. Ensure that only one device is connected per cable and leave the additional connector unused.
  7. Depending on your device and software version, the flow sensor input of the device must be configured as either sensor type “Aqua Computer High Flow 2 (53292)” or “Aqua Computer High Flow LT (53291)”, or set to a calibration value according to the provided table.
  8. If the above options are not available, you may set the sensor type as “Aqua Computer High Flow (53068)”, but note that this may result in imprecise flow measurement.
  9. Devices with display and keys can be configured using the device menu, while all other devices must be configured using the Aquasuite software.

Installation

  • Integrate the sensor into your cooling system, direction of flow can be freely chosen.
  • For optimum performance and minimum noise, the stainless steel cover (high flow 2) or circuit board (high flow LT) of the sensor should be facing upwards.
  • For secure installation, screws can be affixed to the base of the sensor.
  • Suitable screws are included in the delivery. The sensor is accurate for flow rates between approximately 40 l/h and 1000 l/h.
  • For compatibility with all Aqua Computer devices, the supplied cable is equipped with both bigger standard connectors and smaller miniature connectors.
  • Connect the appropriate 3-pin connector to the flow sensor connector of your device.
  • If using a high flow 2, connect the appropriate 2-pin connector to a temperature sensor connector.
  • (The high-flow LT does not have an integrated temperature sensor.)
  • Only one device may be connected per cable, the additional connector must remain unused!
  • Depending on the device and software version, the flow sensor input of the device must either be configured as sensor type “Aqua Computer high flow 2 (53292)” / “Aqua Computer high flow LT (53291)” or be set to a calibration value according to the following table.

If these options are not available, sensor type “Aqua Computer high flow (53068)” may be set, but will result in imprecise flow measurement. Devices with display and keys can be configured using the device menu, all other devices must be configured using the aquasuite software.
