Product Usage Instructions
First Use
When using the toaster for the first time, it is normal for it to emit an
odor due to residue or oil remaining from the manufacturing process. To ensure
proper usage during the first use, follow the steps below
- Insert a regular bread slice into the bread slots. The toaster can accommodate up to four slices at a time.
- Ensure that the crumb tray is in place before using.
- Plug the power cord into an outlet.
- Set the browning control knob to your desired setting.
Defrost Button
The Defrost button is a feature that allows you to toast frozen bread
without any guesswork. To toast frozen bread, follow these steps
- Press the Defrost button. The indicator light for the Defrost button will illuminate.
- Set the color control knob to your desired color.
- Lower the carriage handle vertically until it latches in place.
- The bread will be toasted to your desired color in this mode.
Reheat Button
The Reheat button is used to reheat plain, unbuttered toast. To use the
Reheat function, follow these steps
- Press the Reheat button. The indicator light for the Reheat button will illuminate.
- Lower the carriage handle vertically until it latches in place.
- The toasting time is fixed, and once the time runs over, the carriage handle will automatically spring up, ending the reheating process.
Caution
- Remove all protective wrappings and stickers before toasting.
- If the toaster starts to smoke, press the Cancel button to stop toasting immediately.
- Avoid toasting food with extremely runny ingredients such as butter or garlic bread.
- Never attempt to remove bread jammed in the slots without unplugging the toaster first. Be careful not to damage the internal mechanism or heating elements when removing bread.
- To achieve uniform color, wait at least 30 seconds between each toasting.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To clean and maintain the toaster
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.
- Wipe the outside of the toaster with a soft dry cloth. Do not use metal polish.
- Remove the crumb tray located at the bottom of the toaster and empty it. If the toaster is used frequently, it is recommended to remove accumulated bread crumbs at least once a week. Ensure that the crumb tray is completely closed before using the toaster again.
- When not in use or during storage, you can wind the power cord under the bottom of the toaster.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical Toasters, the following basic safety precautions should
always be taken.
- Before using, check that the voltage of wall outlet corresponds to that shown on the rating plate of the toaster.
- Do not touch hot surface. Use handles, knobs and buttons provided.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or any part of the toaster in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when it is used by or near children.
- Unplug the unit from outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug.
- If the main cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a service agent or a qualified person.
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch any hot surfaces.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to“off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not place on or near a hot surface or in a heated oven.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- Oversized food, metal foil packages or utensils must not be inserted in the toaster as they may cause fire, electric shock and or personal injury.
- Bread may burn, so toasters must not be used near or below curtains and other combustible materials, and must not be left unattended.
- The use of accessory attachments is not recommended by the appliance manufacturer as it may cause injuries.
- Don’t attempt to dislodge food when toaster is in operation.
- Be sure to take the bread out carefully after toasting so as to avoid injuries.
- A fire may occur if toasters are covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- WARNING: if toast of small bread slices less than 85mm length, you must pay attention to the potential risk of burning when taking out the slices.
- WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, unplug before cleaning.
- The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- Don’t use the appliance outdoors.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as
- Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- Farm houses;
- By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- Bed and breakfast type environments.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
NOTES ON THE CORD PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To
reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify
the plug in any way.
NOTES ON THE CORD
- A short power-supply cord (or detached power-supply cord) is to be provided to reduce risks resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a long cord.
- Longer detachable cord or extension cord is available and may be used if care is exercised in their use.
- If a long detachable power-supply cord or extension cord is used
- The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance, and.
- The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
- If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a grounding-type 3-wire cord.
USING YOUR TOASTER FOR THE FIRST USE
The first use of the toaster may emit an odour. This if from residue or oil
remaining in the toaster or heat element from the manufacturing process. It is
normal and will not occur after several times use, for the first use it is
suggested to operate according to the below steps, except without bread. Then
let the toaster cool down and begin toasting the first slice.
- Insert a regular bread slice into the bread slots, which can be inserted with four slices at most each time.
- Make sure the crumb tray is positioned in place before using.
- Plug the power cord into the outlet.
- Set the browning control knob to your desired setting. There are 7 positions, the lowest “1” is for light and the highest “7” is for dark. Depending on the thickness of the bread, it can be toasted to a golden colour in the middle position.
- Press the carriage handle down vertically until it is latches into position. The light indicator for the Cancel Function will be illuminated, and the appliance will begin toasting.
- Once the bread has been toasted to the preset colour, the carriage handle will automatically pop up.
NOTE: During toasting, you may also observe the toasting color. If it is satisfactory, you can press the Cancel button to cancel the operation at any time, but never lift carriage handle to cancel toasting.
Defrost button
This feature takes the guesswork out of toasting frozen bread. If you want to
toast frozen bread, press Defrost button and the indicator of Defrost button
will be illuminated, set color control knob to your desired color, and then
lower carriage handle down vertically until it is latched in place. In this
mode bread will be toasted to your desired color.
Reheat button
Press the Reheat button and the indicator of Reheat button will be
illuminated, and then lower carriage handle vertically until it is latched in
place. In this mode toasting time is fixed, so long as time runs over, the
carriage handle will automatically spring up and end up the reheating process.
Only reheat plain, unbuttered toast.
CAUTION

- In order to achieve uniform colour we recommend that you should wait a minimum of 30 seconds between each toasting.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Remove the crumb tray at the bottom of toaster and empty it. If toaster is used frequently, accumulated bread crumbs should be removed at least once a week. Make sure the crumb tray is completely closed before using the toaster again.
- The power cord may be wound under the bottom of toaster when not in use or during storage.
Crumbs
Remove crumbs frequently, as they could cause a fire hazard. Unplug the
toaster and let it cool down fully. Remove and empty the crumb tray. Wipe it
with a damp cloth, dry it, then slide it back into the toaster.
Don’t use the toaster unless the crumb tray is in place and closed.
