Starting from March 2019 LG decided to supply Mainboards without Firmware, therefore you can find below a instruction how to install the Firmware in case of a unprogrammed Board
Change Tool Option
-
Download Tool Option Data from ASWO online Shop to USB(Storage device)
Path: Enter ASWO article number of the Mainboard > Download the file LG_SVC_DTV.zip -
Unzip the file “LG_SVC_DTV.zip” and copy the needed Firmware file(s) based on the TV model to the USB Stick

Insert the USB Stick

If the USB connected, the setting popup window is displayed.
Enter ‘Model name.suffix’ and ‘serial number’ -
Select IN STOP → Select YES
Trouble shooting
if the TV screen display white pattern, press “BACK” or “EXIT” for 3 sec.
