How to use the OTBK Electronic Kitchen Scale
Tap the TARE Button (Power Button) to reset the scale after setting it down on a flat, hard surface. Put the food in the container, and the weight will appear on the screen.
Place the container for net weight weighing and press the TARE Button (Power Button) to restart the scale. The weight will be displayed on the screen when you have added the food to the container.
