Causes of whisting/noise: In order to make the hearing aid smaller, the internal amplifier and microphone are placed close to each other. Solution: )When the power is large (the amplified sound is large), it s more likely 1o produce howling ‘Therefore, gradually reduce volume can effectively prevent howling. 2)When the ear canal is completely closed, there is no whistiing sound. So after cleaning the ear canal, put on the hearing aid, test the earplugs from large to small, find the most sutable: earplugs, and ensure that there is o air leakage. 3)in the quite environment turn the volume of the hearing aid to the lowest level, then insert it into the ear slowly increase the volume to a suitable volume.

Maintenance

Your hearing aid is a high-precision system. Proper maintenance and operation ensures optimum performance.
