Introduction
The caliper bracket relocates the stock Brembo caliper allowing the fitment of 320mm rotors. It can be installed in less than an hour using commonly available tools. The optional brake line kit with rear ABS delete will require you to replace brake fluid and bleed the new system. Please check that all parts are available and do a test routing of the brake lines before commencing disassembly of the stock setup. See notes below.

Brake Line Routing
Front Master Cylinder to ABS Pump
Note : The line is routed through the frame and not between the frame and the fork leg in order to eliminate a pinch risk.
ABS Pump to Front Left Hand Caliper
NOTE : The hard line exiting the ABS pump remains in place.
Rear Master Cylinder to Rear Caliper (Rear ABS Delete)
Note : The Rear ABS ports are plugged using the supplied
blanking screws.
GENERAL INSTALLATION NOTES
Ensure all brake lines are properly routed, secured and free of rubbing and
pinch points.
Bleed the entire system using new brake fluid per manufacturers specification.
Use medium thread locker on caliper bolts and ABS Ring mounting screws.
