Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the BARTH WINDY is placed on a stable surface.
- Attach the fire hose with a maximum coupling size of Storz B75 mm (3 inches) to the hose-winder.
- Make sure the hose length does not exceed 30 m (approx. 100 ft).
- If winding a smaller amount of fire hoses, stretch or center fold (dutch style) the hose on the manual hose-winder.
- Guide the hose through the adjustable hose guide handle for proper winding.
- Use the unwinding brake to prevent the hose from rolling off during and after the winding process.
- To transport the BARTH WINDY, make use of the integrated transport wheels and baseplate for stability and ergonomic use.

Our new manual hose-winder BARTH WINDY will be the perfect hose-winder for
you! All hoses up to 75 mm (3″) and a maximum length of 30 m (100 ft) can be
stretched or center folded (dutch style) with the manual hose-winder.
The handling Is characterized by the easy handling due to the hose guide, which guarantees an exact and proper winding of the hoses. The unwinding brake prevents the hose rolls off by itself after and during the winding process. The integrated transport wheels and the baseplate guarantees also a stable stand, ergonomic use and easy transportation.
