Product Name: Nitrogen Regulator

Ensure that you have read and understood the operational instructions provided in the user manual.
Place the Nitrogen Regulator in a stable and secure position to prevent any accidents or damage.
Connect the Nitrogen Regulator to the nitrogen gas supply using a suitable hose or connector. Make sure to follow the recommended pressure and flow rate guidelines specified in the user manual.
Adjust the pressure settings on the regulator according to your specific requirements. Use the pressure adjustment knob provided on the regulator for this purpose.
Once the desired pressure is set, double-check that all connections are secure and leak-free.
Open the nitrogen gas supply valve slowly and allow the gas to flow into the system. Monitor the pressure gauge on the regulator to ensure it remains within the desired range.
If any abnormalities or deviations from normal operation occur, immediately shut off the nitrogen gas supply and consult the user manual or contact WIGAM Spa for assistance.
When finished using the Nitrogen Regulator, close the nitrogen gas supply valve and release any remaining pressure from the system by slowly turning the pressure adjustment knob counterclockwise.
Disconnect the Nitrogen Regulator from the gas supply and store it in a safe and dry place.

CE STANDARD CONFORMITY DECLARATION 2014/68/UE (PED)

Aim: Define the categories of belonging of the products manufactured/distributed by WIGAM Spa according to the European Standard 2014/68/UE (PED)

WIGAM pressure regulator model AZ200-50 is designed and manufactured for the connection to NITROGEN bottles, that must have connections with same flare features than the ones we find on the regulator.
WIGAM pressure regulator model AZ200-50 is excluded from standard 2014/68/UE (PED), but it is included in the category prescribed by art. 4 Paragraph 3 (table 1) and is thus projected and manufactured according to the usual correct manufacturing procedure, as well as according to the instructions of the Quality Manual.
It is dangerous to handle the regulator to modify or alter its functional features in any way.
It is the owner’s duty and responsibility to use and maintain the product correctly; WIGAM declines all responsibility for harms to persons or damages to things, that are caused by the misuse of the product.
We specify that such equipment is not marked CE.
