Important safety instructions
- Read the instructions carefully before use.
- Before using the product, check that the power outlet matches the voltage indicated on the appliance. If the product has a grounding plug, it must be plugged into the grounding wire socket.
- Use the appliance in accordance with its functional design.
- Do not use this appliance for any other purpose than its intended use.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
Matters requiring attention
- Children must be supervised and must not play with the appliance.
- The appliance must not be left unattended while it is connected to the power source.
- The product must not be placed in the vicinity of a child while it is still warm. Please pay attention to the child when using the product near them.
- The appliance must be placed and used on a smooth surface.
- Never pour vinegar or other cleaning products into the water tank.
- Do not use perfumes, chemical liquids or other cleaning agents.
- Before filling or emptying the water tank, remember to unplug the appliance from the socket.
- Each time after using the appliance, unplug it from the socket.
- Before inserting or removing the plug, turn off the switch. Remove by grasping the plug; do not pull the entire cable.
- Do not operate the appliance if it has been dropped, or if there are signs of damage or if it appears to be leaking.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate the appliance with wet hands.
- Do not expose the product to rain or direct sunlight.
- Hot water or steam can cause burns and scalds if you touch the heater.
- When using the appliance, pay attention to the water tank; if placed upside down, hot water from the tank may cause burns.
- The temperature of the appliance’s steam is high. To avoid burns or scalds, do not direct the steam towards a person’s body.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or an equally qualified person to avoid a hazard.
- Do not hang the power cord by the table or allow it to come into contact with any hot surface.
- If the appliance has been damaged, do not use it again. It must be taken to a designated place for repair. Do not disassemble the appliance yourself, otherwise it may cause an electrical hazard.
- To avoid overloading the circuit, do not use other high‐powered electrical appliances at the same time.
- Please follow these instructions carefully.
Usage guideï
- hen using the appliance, pay attention to the danger of the steam splashing .
- Unplug the appliance when filling it with water or cleaning it.
- Use clean water or distilled water to fill the water tank.
Please Note:
If the water level of the water tank is too low or there is no water, please
stop using. Please add enough water into water tank before using.
Installation
The appliance has a brush and a funnel attachment. The funnel makes it easier to fill the water into water tank.
The brush facilitates the penetration of steam through the surface of thick fiber clothes for faster styling; it is allowed towipe clothes with a brush when connected. The assembly process is as follows:
- Ensure that the appliance has been unplugged and the steamer has stopped working, the appliance has cooled and is not hot to the touch.
- Place the brush on the head of the steamer and make sure it is installed in the correct position.
Caution: Do not install the brush until steam is still coming out.
Using the iron
Fill the iron with water:
- Hold both sides of the water tank and pull it out.
- Open the silicone cap of the water tank and put the funnel on it.
- Fill the water tank through the funnel with the correct amount of water.
- Remove the funnel and cover the tank with the silicone cap.
- Push the water tank horizontally into the groove of the handle.
Warning:
- Ensure that the water tank is in position.
- Ensure that the water in the water tank is free of foreign materials or residue.
- Ensure there is enough water in the water tank.
Caution:
- Use mineral‐free water or distilled water to make the machine more durable.
- Do not add any detergent to the water, otherwise you will damage the machine.
- Improper use of the appliance may cause clogging of the water tank pipes.
Using the iron
- Connect the appliance to the power source, the iron will heat up and the temperature indicator will light up.
- When the light goes off, the iron has reached the set temperature.
- It will take approximately 35 seconds for the iron to heat up, at this point press the switch, the garment steamer is ready for use.
Caution:
While you are using the appliance, do not direct the steam nozzle towards
yourself, plants, animals or other people.
Ironing method
- Hang your clothes on a hanger.
- Point the steam nozzle at the bottom of the garment. To avoid burning or scalding your hands, please follow the ironing method from bottom to top.
- Move the steam nozzle away, and gently smooth the fabric by hand.
- Repeat the above steps until all creases are removed.
Storing the appliance
- Switch off the appliance and unplug it.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely (approx. 60 seconds).
- Remove the accessories from the appliance.
- Empty the water tank.
- Store the appliance and its accessories together in a dry, cool place.
Cleaning the water tank
- Unplug the appliance from the socket.
- Remove the water tank, pour in clean water (distilled or filtered water is recommended), leave for 3‐5 minutes, shake gently and pour the water out of the tank and cover the cap.
- Remove scale. If you do not use filtered or distilled water, it is recommended to clean it every month as below to reduce sediment build‐up.
- Fill the water tank with 50% vinegar and 50% water.
- Connect the appliance, turn on the switch, let the mixture warm up and disconnect the appliance.
- Wait 40 minutes.
- Pour out the liquid from the water tank and add clean water.
- Connect the appliance again and switch it on, let it warm up.
- Repeat several times until the appliance is clean of all scale.
- If the above steps do not help, the appliance may need to be repaired.
Troubleshooting

The steamer makes sounds| Water is pumped over the nozzle and heats up to
create steam.| The sound of the water pump pumping water is perfectly normal.
