- Getting Started: Unpack the contents of the carton.
- Operation:
- Main Switch: Locate the main switch on the fireplace. Turn it to “I” to connect power and turn it to “O” to cut the power. A chiming sound will be heard when turning to “I”.
- Power On/Off: Push the button once to turn on power for all functions. Push it again to turn off all functions.
- Flame Intensity: Adjust the flame intensity by pushing the button up or down to desired levels.
- Change Temperature: Press the button to change the temperature of the thermostat. It is recommended to set a high temperature to activate the heating settings at any time. The heater will turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
- Heat Settings: The fireplace has a fan-forced electric heater with two heat levels. Push the button once to activate the heater at low level, push it again to activate the heater at high level. To deactivate the heater while on high level, push the button once more. The heater will only work if the thermostat is set to a higher temperature than the current room temperature. The fan will continue to run for a short time and turn off automatically after the heater is turned off.
- Time Setting: Press the “24” key to enter the current time setting. Select the desired day of the week, confirm, and enter the current time in 24-hour format. Press to exit the time setting.
- Change C/F: Press the “C/F” button to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- Safety Cut-off: Ensure that the unit is unplugged from the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning to reduce the risk of electric shock or fire.

The heater should only be operated at a minimum distance of 1 meter from any wall (except the wall against which it is mounted), piece of furniture or other object and combustibles.

Warning: Do not operate the heater near baths, showers, washbasins, swimmingpools or any other water container. It must be impossible to reach the commands of your appliance when you are in contact with water.

The temperature of the housing and the grids may be very high when the appliance is in use.

Never use the appliance near inflammable or explosive materials.

Do not insert any objects through the grille or into the interior of the appliance.

Getting started
- Remove the appliance from the box.
- Remove any packaging from the product.
- Place the packaging inside the box and store in a dry place.
- Mount the fireplace. Then plug the power cord into a 230-volt earthed socket.

Operation
The fireplace can be controlled with the panel on the unit or with the included remote control.
Main Switch
The Main Switch is located on the fireplace. Turn the switch to “I” to connect
power and turn the switch to “O” to cut the power. There will be chiming sound
when turning to “I”.
Power on/off
Push the button once to turn on power for all functions. Then touch the
button once more to turn all functions off.
Flame intensity
Push the button to level up/down to the desired flame intensity.
Change the desired Temperature
Press the button to change the temperature of the thermostat. We recommend
setting the temperature high. This way you can turn on the heating settings at
any time. The heater will turn off when the desired temperature is reached.
Heat settings fireplace
This fireplace consist of a fan forced electric heater with two heat levels.
Push the button once to activate the heater at low level. Push the button once
more to active the heater at high level. When
set in high level, push the button once more to deactivate the heater. Heater
will only work if the thermostat is set on a higher temperature than the
current room temperature.
Note: The fan will continue to run for a short time and turn off automatically after the heater is turned off.
Time setting
Press the 24 key to enter the current time setting. The light of a specific
day will light up and flash. Press or to select which day of the week. After
the selection is complete, press 24 to confirm. Enter the current time by
pressing , press 24 to confirm. After the setting is complete, press 24 to
exit the time setting.
Change C/F
Press the C/F button to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit
Daily timer
Press 7 to enter the daily timer function, the timer light and setting light
will flash, press to select the daily timer. The timer lights up when the
weekly timer is turned on. After setting the daily timer on, press the 7
button to enter the Monday timer. Press to enter the hour setting of this day.
After the hour is set, press 7 to enter the minute setting of this day. Press
7 to enter the hour of the shutdown time of this day. After the hour is set,
press 7 to enter the minute of the shutdown time of this day. After the
setting is completed, press 7 to enter the clock setting of the next day.
Carry on until the whole week has been completed.
Open window detection
When the heating function is turned on, the indoor temperature rises. When the
temperature reaches the set temperature, the product automatically remains at
this temperature. If the indoor temperature is lowered by 5 °C or more within
10 minutes, and this trend is maintained or continued for 30 minutes, the
product self-test system detects that a window has been opened, and the self-
test system will automatically turn off the heating function.
Press and hold the key to display E0. When E0 is displayed, you can press or ,
to select the E0 and E1 cycles. E0 means that the window detection function is
not turned on. E1 means the window detection function is turn on.
Safety cut-off
- This appliance is fitted with a safety cut-off which will operate if the fireplace heater overheats (e.g. due to blocked air vents). For safety reasons, the fireplace heater will NOT automatically reset.
- To reset the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains supply for at least 15 minutes.
Reconnect the supply to the mains and switch on the appliance.
Cleaning
Warning: The unit must be unplugged from the power supply prior to any maintenance or cleaning in order to reduce the risk of electric shock or fire.
General cleaning instructions
- The housing may be wiped with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool.
- Do not use detergents or cleaning products.
- If necessary, dust particles accumulated in the air outlet openings may be removed with a vacuum cleaner.
Protection of the environment – directive 2002/96/EC
In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with the directions.
The warranty for your product is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
