POWERHINO-TG20600-Portable-Thermoelectric-Heating-
Furnace

Product Information

Model TG20600
Structure Description The POWERHINO Portable Thermoelectric Heating Furnace

consists
of an internal unit and an external unit. The internal unit
includes an LCD screen, USB-C-PD interface, USB-A port, wireless
charging panel, power button, warm air outlet, air inlet
temperature display, air outlet temperature display, water pump
indicator, fan indicator, and fire indicator. The external unit can
be connected and fixed to the internal unit using the provided
wrench.
Interface Indication and Function Description| The LCD screen displays various information such as battery
indicator, input power, output power, air inlet temperature, and
air outlet temperature. The battery indicator shows the remaining
power percentage and grids. When the power is less than 20%, the
Type-C USB-A and wireless charging functions will be turned off.
The input power indicates the power generated by the temperature
difference or the charging power of the device itself. The output
power shows the total output power of all ports. The air inlet
temperature display shows the ambient temperature around the
device, and the air outlet temperature display shows the
temperature of the warm air outlet.
|

  • The water pump indicator starts automatically when the
combustion chamber reaches the set temperature.

  • The fan indicator starts automatically when the combustion
    chamber reaches the set temperature.

  • The fire indicator is displayed when the combustion chamber
    reaches the set temperature.

  • The wireless charging logo is displayed when the power is
greater than 20%, allowing the user to charge devices with wireless
    charging capabilities.

  • The Type-C bidirectional charging logo is displayed when the
power is greater than 20%, allowing the user to charge and
    discharge using the Type-C interface.

  • The USB-A charging logo is displayed when the power is greater
than 20%, allowing the user to charge using the USB-A
    interface.

  • The warning sign alerts the user in two scenarios: when the
combustion chamber temperature exceeds the set value, and when the
device is tilted more than 45 degrees. In both cases, an alarm
sound will be emitted, and the corresponding sign will flash. The
user should take appropriate actions to maintain normal
    operation.

USB-A Output Interface| The USB-A output interface supports 5V/2A output and has
built-in protection functions against short-circuits, overloads,
and over-discharge.
Wireless Charging| The wireless charging panel provides a 15W output power and is
compatible with both Apple and Android systems.
Warm Air Outlet| The warm air outlet blows out warm air when heating.

Product Usage Instructions

Before using the POWERHINO Portable Thermoelectric Heating Furnace, follow these steps:

  1. Separate the internal and external units using the provided wrench.
  2. Connect and fix the internal and external units using the wrench.
  3. Make sure the device is placed on a level ground.

To operate the heating furnace:

  1. Ensure that the internal and external units are properly connected and fixed.
  2. Press the power button to turn on the device.
  3. Monitor the LCD screen for relevant information:
  • The battery indicator shows the remaining power percentage and grids. If the power is less than 20%, certain functions will be turned off.
  • The input power indicates the power generated by the temperature difference or the charging power of the device itself.
  • The output power shows the total output power of all ports.
  • The air inlet temperature display shows the ambient temperature around the device.
  • The air outlet temperature display shows the temperature of the warm air outlet.

During operation, pay attention to the following indications:

  • If the water pump indicator is displayed, it means the combustion chamber has reached the set temperature, and the water pump has started automatically.
  • If the fan indicator is displayed, it means the combustion chamber has reached the set temperature, and the fan has started automatically.
  • If the fire indicator is displayed, it means the combustion chamber has reached the set temperature.
  • If the wireless charging logo is displayed, it means the power is greater than 20%, and you can use the wireless charging function to charge compatible devices.
  • If the Type-C bidirectional charging logo is displayed, it means the power is greater than 20%, and you can connect a charging cable to the Type-C interface for charging and discharging.
  • If the USB-A charging logo is displayed, it means the power is greater than 20%, and you can connect a charging cable to the USB-A interface for charging.
  • If the warning sign flashes and an alarm sound is emitted, take appropriate actions depending on the situation. Reduce firepower if the combustion chamber temperature exceeds the set value, or place the device on a level ground if it is tilted more than 45 degrees.

When you are finished using the heating furnace:

  1. Turn off the device by pressing the power button.
  2. Separate the internal and external units using the provided wrench.

Product Usage diagram

  1. Take the main unit of the product out.
  2. Mount the tripod by rotating the thread.
  3. The flat gasmachine by counterclockwise rotation of the thread; The long gas tank needs a swivel head to be installed on the machine. Align the adapter clip with the gas tank clip and rotate clockwise to install the swivel head on the gas tank. Then rotate counterclockwise with the screw thread on the machine to install the long gas tank on the machine.
  4. Break the wrench apart to separate the outside machine from the inside machine
  5. The extehine is placed outdoors and the internal machine is placed indoors
  6. Press and hold for 2S to power on.
  7. Squeeze and rotate to ignite, while turn counterclockwise to turn on the gas to adjust the firepower.
  8. The heat is automatically blown out after 30~60S of combustion preheating, and the direction up and down of the outlet can be adjusted through the louvers

Charge usage diagram

  • After starting up, regardless of whether in the heating state, USB-A, Type-C, and wireless charging panel can be external power supply.
  • When the screen shows that the power is less than 20%, all external charging functions will automatically stop.
  • At this time, the user needs to start the ignition for heating, and perform thermoelectric power generation to supplement the internal battery power
  • Or connect the Type-C bidirectional charging and discharging interface through an external power supply device to charge the internal battery.
