Important safety and environmental instructions
This section includes safety instructions that will help ensure the protection from risks of personal injuries or materialistic damages. Failure to follow these instructions shall void the warranty.
General safety

• Make sure the heater has placed correctly and fully before using and ONLY allowed to power on when the heater fills with water after initially use or fully displaced. Use prohibition in this product when there is no water provide.
• Shall make sure the product on ground correct and reliable .
• Shall go through and fathom the instruction and safety warning before installation and use. Woeful injury or casualty may occur if not carry out as the instruction or warning.
• Make sure the power match the rated power and rated frequency. Make sure the electrical plug is intact to prevent from electric shock.
• To prevent the hazard of incur by error restoration of temperature limiter ,do not connect the heater through any other device(Such as the timer or circuit device control by public facility.)
• The safety valve supplied with the product must be installed at the water intake of the electric water heater before using. Make sure relief valve is on always to prevent accumulation of pressure, and it can also prevent the water in heater reverse and inner tank in high pressure to relief the redundant pressure as well as maker sure the service time of inner tank and avoid exploration happen. While the heater heat, It’s normal that there might some droplet drip from safe valve, and do not block the pressure relief opening to avoid severe accident cause by unable pressure relief.
• If the pressure of tap water is too large, there might always some water come out from the safe valve for pressure relief, at that time shall install a relief valve on inlet pipe which keep away form place where there is heater.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• High temperature will lead to awful burnt and scald.
• Make sure the power is off before maintenance and inspection.
• Instruction shall be placed closely to the device for you future information.
• The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.
• The water may drip from the discharge pipe of the pressure relief device and that this pipe must be left open to the atmosphere
• The pressure-relief device is to be operated regularly to remove lime deposits and to verify that it is not blocked
• A discharge pipe connected to the pressure relief device installed downwards direction and in a frost-free environment
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Ensure the pressure of the cap water flow in is more than 0.05MPa and maximum less than 0.75MPa.

This product complies with EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) WEEE Regulations (S.1.2013/3113 and its amentmends). This product bears a classification symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
This symbol indicates that this product shall not be disposed with other household wastes at the end of its service life. Used device must be returned to offical collection point for recycling of electrical and electronic devices. To find these collection systems please contact to your local authorities or retailer where the product was puchased.

Installation instructions

Caution with installation

1. Installation shall process under the professional, qualified and experienced technicity and electrician.
2. Please contact qualified technicity, registered electrician or experienced pipe worker to install.
3. Installation shall match with all constructional policy of country, government and organization with right of competency. if you have any question about the rules, please contact with local organization of authoritative construction.
4. To lessen the loss of heat alongside the pipe, device shall be installed as close as the entrance of pipe. please leave as least distance of  50cm to more easier to get in the place of electrical component for convenient maintenance.
5. Water-storage heater shall be installed the sturdy wall and be close to the power and source of water. the wall must tolerate the triple weight of heater(water-filled situation).
6. Make sure at least 200mm distance between floor and wall before the bolt hole confirmation for more space to maintain.
7. MUST absolutely guarantee on earth reliably while installing the heater!
8. Safe valve shall be install from accessories and with the outlet pipe that connect with pressure safety valve
9. Shall continuous slope toward the low position  and keep ventilating, the outlet pipe shall be installed in frostless environment to avoid block by frozen. there shall a ground leakage around the outlet pipe for no water-accumulation.
10. Shall make a regular check valid on the safe valve for the sake of the removal of accumulated Calcium carbonate and there is no clot and r. Here is the method: take up the hand shank of safe valve to see if there any water out of the drain-pipe. The function of relief pressure would be normal if water come out form the drain-pipe otherwise is abnormal.

Step for installation

1. According to the distance of corresponding rack of model, drill a fixed hole for installation on a sturdy wall in a same horizontal direction.
2. Hammer the colloidal particle into the fixed hole, the hook screw inserted into the hole tighten, and make the hook up such as (in the determination of the hook screw firmly reliable after the electric water heater can be hung).
3. Place the holes in both water heater racks on the hook of the hook screw at the same time. After installation, check that the water heater is securely mounted.
   

Pipe connection

1. The electric water heater shall be installed with proper sized pipes and fittings and shall be clean

2. Install the safety valve and other accessories according to the following figure, and pay attention to the sealing of the raw material belt. When connecting water pipes, install the safety valve and water mixing valve as shown in the following figure.

3. The specification of the water inlet pipe of this product is G1/2″. The threaded mouth shall be sealed with sealing waterproof tape or sealing ring.

4. To facilitate the installation and disassembly of  the water heater, it is recommended to install G1 /2 connectors at appropriate positions of the water heater inlet and outlet pipes respectively. Determine the location of the water supply, connect the water inlet pipe and the water inlet pipe respectively to the place where the water is used, fill the tank with water, and check whether the water is leaking. If there is leakage, reconnect it.

5. Install the safety valve with rated pressure of 0.75mpa (its interface is G1/2) on the water inlet pipe according to the direction of the arrow on the safety valve (the arrow points to the water heater).When water heater is energized and heated, the water in the water tank is heated and  expanded. In order to reduce the water pressure in the box, there will be less water droplets flowing out from the pressure relief hole of the safety valve. The pressure relief hole should be maintained in communication with the atmosphere, do not block it.

6. Installation method of safety valve drain pipe: screw one end of the drain pipe to the pressure relief hole of the safety valve, cut off or lengthen the drain pipe according to the actual situation, and connect the other end of the drain pipe to the drain mouth, so as to avoid indoor splashing caused by water dripping during pressure relief. The drain line connecting the relief valve should be installed in a frost-free environment with a continuous downward tilt.

Power connection

1. Electrical connections and wiring shall be performed by an experienced and qualified electrician.
2. All wiring must comply with local regulations.
3. Connect the power supply to the power supply connector to supply power to the storage type electric water heater. Ensure that the grounding terminal is securely connected to the grounding connection.
4. The ground cable must be green, and it must be connected to the terminal with the ground cable symbol.
5. All wires must be properly connected and covered with wire grooves.
6. The machine is equipped with wiring seat. The user needs to install the power cable when using it for the first time, and ensure that the power cable is not charged during installation.
   Preparation before use.

Please be sure to use the accessories provided by our company to install this electric water heater. This electric water heater can not be hung on the support until it has been confirmed to be firm and reliable. Otherwise, the electric water heater may drop off from the wall, resulting in damage of the heater, even serious accidents of injury. When determining the locations of the bolt holes, it shall be ensured that there is a clearance not less than 0.2m on the right side of the electric heater, to convenient the maintenance of the heater, if necessary.

Usage

Methods of using

1. Water injection: open the mixing valve, pull up the handle of the mixing valve, turn it clockwise to the highest point in the high temperature zone, and then open the water inlet valve. At this time, water is injected into the inner tank until the water is normally discharged at the hot water outlet, indicating that the inner tank has been filled with water.
2. When the water temperature reaches set temperature, the water heater will automatically stop heating, light or screen will remind you, water temperature reached setting temperature into the holding state, the user is able to open the mix water valve switch, slowly from the low temperature zone to high rotating mix water valve handle, with hand to test the water temperature, adjust the water temperature of to what you need, you can rest assured use. When the water temperature drops to a certain temperature, the heater will automatically reheat.

The water temperature may be higher than the display temperature, please test the water temperature before use, do not put the shower on the human body to test the water temperature, in case of scalding!

1. Water temperature regulation. Temperature adjusting knob, OFF represents power OFF, LOW represents LOW temperature, HIGH represents HIGH temperature. When starting or shutting down, the buzzer buzzes for a short time. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the temperature  setting. The temperature can be adjusted in the range of 25 ° C to 80 ° C. When the temperature is set, the temperature setting indicator is on and the setting temperature is displayed on  the display screen. Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING: Before doing any maintenance, please cut off the power supply.

WARNING: To ensure long reliable water heater operation, it is recommended to regularly clean the  internal tank and remove deposits  on the electric heating element of the water heater, as well as check condition (fully decomposed or not) of the magnesium anode and, if necessary, replace it with a new one in case of full decomposition. Tank cleaning frequency depends on hardness of water located in this territory.
Cleaning must be performed by special maintenance services. You can ask the seller for address of the nearest service center.

WARNING: The water heater is equipped with a thermal switch, which cuts off power supply of the heating element upon water overheating or its absence in the water heater. If the water heater is connected to the mains, but water is not heated and the indicator doesn’t light up, then the thermal switch was switched off or not switched on. To reset the water heater to the operating condition, it is necessary to:

1. De-energize the water heater, remove the plate of the side/lower  cover.
2. Press the button, located at the center of the thermal switch, see Fig.8;
3. If the button is not pressed and there is no clicking, then you should wait until

Cleaning the product

1. Before cleaning the surface of the electric water heater, make sure that the water heater is disconnected from the power supply. When cleanness, usable wet towel dips in a few neuter cleaner to wipe product surface gently, reapply dry towel to wipe can. Do not spray directly with water, do not allow the use of gasoline, polishing powder and other volatile substances or strong acid, strong alkaline detergent cleaning. Before cleaning the surface of the electric water heater, make sure that the water heater is disconnected from the power supply. 3. Regular (about a year) clean the scale on the electric heat pipe and the tank of sediment. In the area of hard water quality, users can install anti-scale device at the front end of the water inlet pipe.  Replace magnesium rods regularly according to local water quality.
