Common Problems
1. What type of battery is the product equipped with?
The product is equipped with high quality lithium iron phosphate battery.
2. What equipment can the product AC output port carry?
The AC output port rated power of this product is 6(00W,and peak power is 1200W, which can supply power to most household appliances. However, please check the power of the appliance before use, and ensure that the sum of the power of all the loaded equipment is less than the rated power.
3. How to know the power supply time of the product?
The LCD of this product will display the battery life, which can be used as a reference for equipment with stable power consumption.
4. How to judge whether the product is charging?
When charging, the LCD will display the remaining charging time, the power indicator circle outside the battery power percentage starts to rotate circularly and displays the input power.
5. How to clean this product?
Please wipe the product with dry, soft and clean cloth or paper towel.
6. How to store the product?
When storing, please turn offthe product first, and store it in a dry, ventilated and room temperature place. Do not place this product near the water source. For tong term storage, it is recommended to discharge the battery to less than 20% every three months, and to charge it to above 80% to extend the service life of this product.
7. Is the actual output capacity of the product consistent with the capacity specified in the User Manual?
The capacity specified in the User Manual is the rated capacity of the product's battery pack. Due to certain efficiency loss during charging and discharging of the product, the actual output capacity of the product is lower than the capacity specified in the User Manual.
8. Does the product support simultaneous charging and discharging?
Yes, it does. The product support the simultaneous charging and discharging . However, when the battery of the product is low or about to run out, it is best not to discharge when charging. If the input is less than or equal to the output power, the equipment will continue to consume the battery capacity, which may lead to increased capacity loss and battery damage.
