Product Usage Instructions
To use the product, please follow these instructions:
- Connect the AVerCam550 or CAM520 Pro Advanced to the power supply using the included power cable (RC4-CETM PPC-022-0.3M RJ11 to DC Plug Power Cable).
- Connect the video output of the camera to a display device using either the RCC-C001-0.3M HDMI to HDMI Video Cable or the RCC-H001-1.0M HDMI to HDMI Video Cable.
- If you need to control the camera using a third-party control device, connect it to the camera’s RS232 In port.
- If you need to send control signals to another device, connect the camera’s RS232 Out port to the device.
- If you want to use a laptop with the camera, connect it using the RC4-HETM Laptop. For the SCTLinkTM Cable, make sure to use a single, point-to-point CAT cable without any couplers or interconnections.
- If you are using the Integrator-Supplied CAT5e/CAT6 STP/UTP Cable, make sure it follows either the T568A or T568B pinout and does not exceed 100m in length.
