Product Information

Product Usage Instructions
- Connecting the Poly EagleEye IV Camera
- Connect one end of the Mini-HDCI Y Cable to the Poly EagleEye IV camera.
- Connect the other end of the Mini-HDCI Y Cable to the RJ45/HDMI port of the Poly G7500, RPG700/500/300 Codecs, or HDMI Video Device.

- Connect the Switched Power Module to a power source.

- Use the RS232 Controller to establish communication between the 3rd Party Controller and the Poly EagleEye IV camera.
- If communication between the 3rd Party Controller and the camera is lost, try rebooting the camera.
- Alternatively, you can use 3rd party control code to poll the camera for communication status.

Remote Controllable Power Module
A reboot of the camera may be necessary to re-establish communication
between the 3rd Party Controller and Poly EagleEye IV camera(s). An
alternative to the power module is 3rd party control code written to poll the
camera for communication status.
