No. 3 Channel Mount Adapter Plate, 801-1176 (Qty 1)
No. 4 8-32 Hex Nut w/Ext. Tooth Lock Washer (Qty 2)
No. 5 8-32×7/16” Pan Head Torx Screw (Qty 2)

No. 6 Cisco Quad Camera (Qty 1)
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Attach Channel Mount (No. 2, Qty 1) to wall with wall anchors (not supplied)
appropriate for wall material. Then attached Channel Mount Adapter Plate (No.
3, Qty 1) to Channel Mount using 8-32×7/16” Pan Head Torx Screws (No. 5, Qty
2).
NOTES:
- Channel Mount may also be mounted to a US style single or double gang wall box, or a European style double gang wall box.
- Channel Mount and Adaper Plate may be mounted inverted if necessary.
STEP 2:
Attach Camera Plate (No. 1, Qty 1) to Channel Mount Adapter Plate using 8-32
Hex Nuts (No. 4, Qty 2). STEP 3:
Attached Cisco QuadCam (No. 6, Qty 1) to Camera Plate.
