YOUNGMAN Safety Chain For Megastep GRP Ladder
Product Information
The product is a safety chain designed for use with the Megastep range of GRP (Glass glass-reinforced plastic) ladders. The safety chain is used as an additional safety measure to prevent falls and accidents while using the ladder.

Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ladder
Before fitting the safety chain, make sure the ladder is stable and
positioned securely.
Step 2: Positioning the Left Side Chain

Take one piece of C and insert it into the left side of the ladder near the top.

Secure the C piece in place using one B piece and tighten it with a wrench.
Step 3: Positioning the Right Side Chain -
Take another piece of C and insert it into the right side of the ladder near the top.

Secure the C piece in place using one B piece and tighten it with a wrench.
Step 4: Attaching Chains to the Ladder Steps
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each step of the ladder, starting from the top and
working your way down.
Step 5: Final Adjustment
Ensure that all chains are securely attached and tightened. Make any
necessary adjustments to achieve the desired tension.
Note : If you need to remove a damaged safety chain, follow steps 4 and 5
in reverse.
NOTE : These instructions show how to fit a replacement safety chain to
the MEGASTEP range of GRP ladders. If required, the removal of a damaged
safety chain can be achieved by following steps 4 and 5 in reverse.
