- Open the lid and pour the batter into the centre of the baking surface.
- To get even waffles, you can spread the batter a little. Only pour in enough batter to cover the lower baking surface.

- Use the handle to gently close the lid. Hold the lid down briefly.
- Remove the finished waffles with a wooden fork or similar.
- Place the finished waffles on a serving dish or plate to cool.
Recipe for Biscuit Waffles
Beat 5 egg yolks, 5 tbsp hot water, 100 g sugar and 1 grated lemon zest until
frothy, with a mixture of ½ tsp baking powder and 150 g flour. Beat 5 egg
whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
For more recipes, please refer to recipe books or use baking mixes.
Barbecue
- Wash the meat before grilling.
- Dry the meat with kitchen paper. Season it if necessary.
-
Release the lid lock and fold up the lid until it remains open.
-
Place the food on the lower grill plate and gently close the lid. Please do not squeeze the handles. The cooking time depends on individual taste.
-
After about 2 – 3 minutes, check whether any gravy has collected on the lower griddle. If necessary, carefully dab off the juices with kitchen paper.
WARNING: Risk of Burns!
The grill plates are hot! -
