The 900 Series Gas Baking and Roasting Oven is a high-quality oven manufactured by Blodgett Oven Company. Serial Number Location and Identification
The serial number of the oven is important when ordering parts. The identification plate containing the serial number is located on the left side of the combustion compartment and above the control panel under the ledge. The serial number consists of a letter code, factory sequence, and other identifying information.
