Product Information
The 1060 Series Pizza Ovens are high-quality ovens manufactured by Blodgett Oven Company. These ovens are designed for baking pizzas and come with various components for efficient and reliable operation. The ovens are available in different models and gas types.

Important Note for Ordering Parts
When ordering parts, please provide the model, gas type, and serial number
of the oven. The identification plate can be found on the left side of the
combustion compartment and above the controlpanel under the ledge.
Burner & Piping Assy. Parts
This section includes various parts required for the burner and piping
assembly of the oven. These parts are essential for ovens manufactured between
3/61 and 2/16/12. An upgrade kit may be needed for these ovens.
Baking Compartment Components
This section includes components for the baking compartment of the oven. It
consists of an Ultra Rokite Deck (3-piece), steel shelf (3-piece), flue
plates, adjustable flue backs & sides, baking door seal (crumb catcher), and
thermostat bulb guards.
Burner Compartment Components
This section includes components for the burner compartment of the oven. It
consists of a deflector assembly, deflector side and center panels, pilot
shield, manifold shield assembly, burner divider, and insulation covers.
Door Components
This section includes components for the oven doors. These components are
essential for proper functioning and maintenance of the oven.
Exterior Components
This section includes various exterior components of the oven, such as legs
with casters, access panels, control cover panels, side covers, louver box,
and nameplate.
Exclusive to Export (CE and NON CE)
This section includes parts exclusively for export purposes. These parts
may have specific requirements or certifications.
Exclusive to CE (Manufactured after January 2019)
This section includes parts exclusively for ovens manufactured after
January 2019 and comply with CE regulations.
IMPORTANT : When ordering parts, please provide the model, gas type, and serial number of the oven. The identification plate is located on the left side of the combustion compartment and, also, above the control panel under the ledge.
