ZHUHAI R831 Desktop Printer

Connecting to a Computer for Printing

1. Open the link: R831.phomemo.com
2. Download the corresponding drive for your computer system.
3. Follow the above instructions to install the driver.
4. Please make sure to correctly insert the carbon ribbon and adjust the paper guides position before using the printer.
5. Connect the power supply and turn on the printer.
6. Follow the steps to load the paper roll properly.
7. Connect the printer to your computer with a data cable.
8. Right-click the file and click the print button.
9. Select R831 on your computer and start printing.

Print Using Smart Phone Connection

1. Get/install the Phomemo App.

2. Please make sure to correctly insert the carbon ribbon and adjust the paper guides position before using the printer.

3. Connect the power supply and turn on the printer.

4. Follow the steps to load the paper roll properly.

5. Turn on Bluetooth and connect the printer using the Phomemo APP.

6. Follow the prompts to connect to WiFi and enter your password.

7. After successful connection, you can proceed to the next step.
   Note: The printer only supports 2.4GHz wireless networks and cannot be connected to public WiFi.

8. Select the file in the Phomemo App to print.
