Product Information: MAGLOC GOGGLE
The MAGLOC GOGGLE is a winter sports goggle designed to protect the wearer from UV rays, wind, moisture, and snow. It is equipped with a special anti-fog inner lens to prevent fogging. The goggle
comes in different filter categories to suit various light conditions:

  • S0: 80% – 100% visible light transmission for use in very low light conditions
  • S1: 43% – 80% visible light transmission for use in low-light conditions
  • S2: 18% – 43% visible light transmission for use in medium sunlight conditions
  • S3: 8% – 18% visible light transmission for use in bright sunlight conditions
  • S4: 3% – 8% visible light transmission for use in very bright sunlight conditions

The goggle is designed for non-motorized winter sport use only and should not be used in road traffic or while driving. It is manufactured by Ruroc Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom.

Goggle Care
To maximize the performance and longevity of your MAGLOC GOGGLE, Follow these cleaning instructions:

  • Cleaning the frame foam and head strap: Use plenty of clear water and mild soap.
  • Cleaning the lens: Only use plenty of clear water and, if needed, use the enclosed microfibre bag as a cleaning cloth.
  • Do not use detergents, cleaning agents, or other chemicals.
  • Do not use paper or abrasive cloth as it may scratch the lens.
  • Let the lens and goggles air dry. Do not use hot air (e.g. hair dryer).
  • Do not touch or rub the inside of the lens as it will destroy the anti-fog functionality.

Do not store the goggles when wet. Allow it to fully air dry before storing. Store the dry goggles in the enclosed microfibre bag in a dry and warm place. Avoid storing the goggles in subzero temperatures or exposing them to extreme heat or sunlight.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the MAGLOC GOGGLE:

  1. Wear and adjust your helmet on your head.
  2. Place the goggles over your eye area.
  3. Pull the strap over the helmet and secure it under the goggles clip on the back of the helmet.
  4. Enlarge or shorten the strap if necessary.
  5. The goggles should lay firm but comfortable on your face.

This goggle meets or exceeds some of the world’s most demanding safety standards for snow sports goggles. This goggle is designed to protect the wearer from UV rays, wind, moisture, and snow. The goggle gives limited protection in case of impacts against hard or sharp objects. No goggles can offer complete protection against injury or death in an accident, even at low speeds, so it is important that you ensure you wear these goggles correctly and take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, including riding within your skill level and abilities. This is your responsibility These goggles is for non-motorized recreational snow sports such as snowboarding, skiing, and other alpine sports and should not be used when riding motorized vehicles such as snowmobiles and motorbikes. Do not use these goggles in road traffic.

FILTER CATEGORIES

INTENDED USE

Area of application, protective effect. This goggle is for nonmotorized winter sport use only and is designed to protect the wearer from UV rays, wind, moisture, and snow.

Antifog
The goggle is equipped with a special anti-fog inner lens to prevent fogging. This inner lens is very sensitive and should not be touched or rubbed. The lens will lose its anti-fog characteristics. If snow or water enters the goggles, shake all snow and water out and then let the goggles air dry. In exceptional cases use the microfibre bag and gently blot the inside of the lens. Approved spare parts and accessories For approved accessories contact your authorized Ruroc dealer or customer service. Do not change or remove any
parts of the goggles.

GOGGLE CARE

Cleaning
Follow the below points to maximize the performance and longevity of your goggles.

Storage

  • Do not use a goggle which was stored in a subzero place overnight (e.g. in the car);
  • Do not expose the goggles to extreme heat or sunlight.

FITTING INSTRUCTION

Wear and adjust your helmet on your head. Then place the goggles over your eye area pull the strap over the helmet and secure it under the goggle clip on the back of the helmet. Enlarge or shorten the strap if necessary. The goggles should lay firm but comfortable on your face. Product in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/425 harmonized standard – regarding personal protective equipment, and
with the national standard transposing harmonized standard EN174:2001 “Personal eye-protection – Ski goggles for downhill skiing”

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Ruroc warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, subject to the provisions below. If a Ruroc product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge provided that you promptly notify us of any defect (in any event within 7 days) and you immediately cease to use the product in question. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product. WARRANTY PROCESS

  1. Before returning any product please contact Info@ruroc.com and a member of the team will Be able to arrange pre-paid return labels for you to send the product back to us.
  2. Ensure that the returned product is washed, Clean, and dry before shipping. Dirty and/or Foul-smelling products will be returned unprocessed or may delay the process with an additional surcharge.
  3. Remember to include a note with your name, address, and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.
  4. Once your return has been received we will repair/replace your product for you depending on the issue. We will then send this out to you via a tracked courier service of our choice. Alternatively, you may also return your product to the store from where you originally purchased the product. Any Ruroc dealer is able to handle the warranty process on your behalf.

NOTE: Damage due to wear and tear, accident, misuse, or neglect, or if you fail to store or use a product other than in accordance with the instructions provided, or damage due to any repairs carried out by you or a third party not authorized by us, is not covered under warranty. Please contact our warranty department if you have any questions.
