Product Information
This product is a cold brew coffee maker that allows you to easily prepare delicious cold brew coffee at home. It is designed to extract the rich flavors of coffee by steeping ground coffee in water for an extended period of time. The cold brew method produces a smooth and less acidic coffee concentrate that can be enjoyed over ice or mixed with milk or water.
Product Usage Instructions
Large Batch Cold Brew:
- Grind 8oz (226g, about 2.5 cups) of coffee beans coarsely.
- Add the ground coffee and 64oz (1.9 liters) of water to a container that is appropriately sized.
- Allow the mixture to steep for at least 12 hours, and up to 24 hours, outside of the fridge.
- Strain the brewed coffee through a fine mesh sieve and cheese cloth to remove any sediment or grounds.
- Store the strained cold brew coffee in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Small Batch Cold Brew (French Press Method):
- Grind 2.5oz (75g, about 7 tablespoons) of coffee beans coarsely.
- Add the ground coffee and 600g (20oz) of water to a French press.
- Gently place the top on the French press, pressing down only enough to touch the top of the water.
- Allow the mixture to steep for at least 12 hours, and up to 24 hours, outside of the fridge.
- Press the plunger all the way down to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid.
- Serve the cold brew coffee over ice and enjoy!
