HEADLAMP CONSTRUCTION

The FL75R is composed of a premium-grade resin, selected by COAST engineers specifically for its strength, chemical resistance, and durability. The headlamp is affixed to a reflective breathable mesh head strap with silicone lining used to affix to hard hats and helmets without slipping.

QUICK-RELEASE BUCKLE

The COAST ULTRA-STRAP™ is built with an integrated Quick-Release Buckle making it easy to release the headlamp, with the press of a button.

USING THE HEADLAMP

The FL75R is equipped with a white Pure Beam™ Optic. Use the power button on the right side of the headlamp to turn on the white LED. Use the same power button to cycle through the Medium, High, and Low brightness settings, and to turn off the headlamp. Turbo, press and hold for a 3 second burst. To turn on the red and green LED’s, press the power button on the left side of the headlamp.

ADJUSTING THE BEAM

Utilizing COAST’s Twist Focus™ Technology, the FL75R can be easily adjusted from an Ultra View Flood Beam to a Bulls-Eye™ Spot Beam. To pinpoint the beam on a precise area, rotate the bezel clockwise. To expand the beam and maximize the lighting area, rotate the bezel counterclockwise

POWERING THE HEADLAMP

The FL75R is powered by a COAST ZITHION-X™ Rechargeable Battery (included). To charge the ZITHION-X TM inside the FL75R, lift the protective cover-located on the underside of the headlamp-to expose the USB Charging Port. Insert the USB Charging Cable into the port and plug in the cable at an available power source.
To charge the ZITHION-X™ directly, lift the clasp on the top of the headlamp and open the battery compartment. Remove the rechargeable battery from the battery compartment. Plug in the USB Charging Cable to the charging port on the ZITHION-X™. Plug in the cable at an available power source. Monitor charging progress using the Battery Life Indicator near the positive terminal of the ZITHION-X™.
While the Battery Life Indicator is red, the battery is actively charging. When the Battery Life Indicator turns green, the battery is fully charged and ready for use.

RECHARGEABLE-DUAL POWER

Designed with Rechargeable-Dual Power Technology, the FL75R can also be powered with three AAA Alkaline Batteries (not included). To power the FL75R with alkaline batteries, open the battery compartment, as directed above, and remove the ZITHION-X™
Rechargeable Battery. Insert three new AAA Alkaline Batteries. Be sure the batteries are oriented correctly before closing the battery compartment. Alkaline batteries are single-use only. Do not plug the FL75R into a power source when powering with alkaline
batteries. For best results, use COAST Extreme Performance Alkaline batteries that can be purchased separately on coastportland.com

COAST’s Lifetime Warranty stands firm behind your product, providing you the assurance that COAST knives, tools,flashlights and headlamps, are warrantied against defects in workmanship for the life of the product as long as the original purchaser owns the product for a maximum of 100 years. Any problem at all? Just let us know-we’ll repair or replace your product.
Proof of purchase is required to claim this warranty.
Please understand this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor damage resulting from misuse or neglect. The warranty also does not cover batteries and charging accessories (or damage caused by either). Batteries or damage caused by batteries (i.e. leakage) are also not included in the Warranty. Warranty ex-changes do not cover the cost of shipping and handling.
