Product Usage Instructions

Charging
A fully charged Droplette device can dispense approximately 3 treatments before needing to be charged again. If the device glows orange while dispensing, it indicates that the battery is low. To charge the device, follow these steps:

1. Connect the charging cord to the dock.
2. Plug the wall adapter into a power outlet.
3. Rest your Droplette device on the dock.
4. The device will glow green while charging, and the LED will turn off once it is fully charged.

Cleaning
It is important not to insert cotton swabs, tweezers, or any other foreign objects into the device openings as this can damage the internal mechanisms and void the warranty.

• Store the device in a cool, dry environment.
• Avoid storing it in areas of excessive and sustained humidity or heat.
• Avoid direct sunlight exposure.

FAQs

Can I recycle my empty serum capsules?
HDPE capsules may be eligible for your local curbside recycling program. Check your local community guidelines for more information. Alternatively, you can ship your empty capsules back using Droplette’s pre-paid recycling mailer. Request a mailer through your online account under the Subscriptions tab.

My device is not misting consistently?
If the mist is not dispensing consistently, follow these steps:

1. Tip your head back and hold the device at a downward facing angle.
2. This ensures that the serum is consistently fed into the misting chamber.
3. If the issue persists, fully charge the device and run a cleaning capsule through it to restore normal misting.

My device is not working properly or does not charge. What should I do?
If you experience issues with dispensing or charging, please contact customer care at hello@droplette.io or use the website’s chat function for troubleshooting assistance. Avoid using capsules in the device until customer care has resolved the issue.

Is it safe to inhale Droplette’s mist?
Laboratory testing has confirmed that the micro-mist produced by Droplette does not travel into the lungs. The delivery mechanism is purely mechanical and does not contain chemical propellants or accelerants found in traditional aerosols. The microscopic particle size and water-based composition cause the particles to evaporate quickly, minimizing their travel distance.
