Troubleshooting

1. This light, is it splash-proof rated or can be used safely in the shower?
   This ceiling light is IP40 rated, dustproof but not waterproof. It is recommended for use in semi-indoor and indoor spaces such as foyers, staircases, storage rooms, closets, laundry rooms, checkrooms, etc.

2. Do I need to install extra light bulbs?
   Ceiling light is LED type. It doesn’t need extra bulbs. LED is the new technology to replace the traditional type of flouresent bulbs.

3. What is the night lighting mode of this ceiling lamp?
   The brightness of the light will become lower, the light will become warmer, and the light output will become lower. The color temperature is 3000K and the brightness is 10%.

4. Can I set my own lighting color temperature?
   Of course, you can set the color temperature of your ceiling fixtures from warm white to daylight white asdesired. The color temperature adjustment on the remote control is 500K once.

5. What are the parameters of brightness?
   The brightness is 20%/50%/100% respectively. When you choose the night light mode, the brightness is 10% of the color temperature 3000K.

6. How long can this ceiling light be timed?
   The timer is 30 minutes/1H respectively, select the button on the remote control according to your need, after that, the light will turn off when the time is up.

7. Can two or more lights be paired with one remote control?
   One remote control cannot control more than one light at the same time, this remote control is required to pair the code to control the ceiling light. If the remote control is coded to another lamp, it cannot control the previously coded lamp.

8. How do you make it keep your color settings? What color will this ceiling light be when i restart it?
   This dimmable remote controlled ceiling light can remembers your settings the last time it was turned off, so when you turn it on again, it retains yourlight settings.

9. Can I install it myself, or do I need to hire a professional?
   It can be installed by yourself, it is very easy to install, only 3 steps are needed to complete the installation (1) Turn off the switch and connect the wires. (2) Install the base under the ceiling. (3) Rotate the ceiling light to the mounting base.
   Of course the option of enlisting the help of a professional is a good one!

1. Attention! Before starting the installation work.make sure that the mains power line is voltage-free. The switch must be “OFF”.
2. Installation and maintenance work may only be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local safety regulations.
3. The stranded wire must not be welded.It should be used with wire sleeves or insulated ends.
4. All energized line.including the pre-assembled luminaires.must be firmly screwed on or completely plugged in,as the good connection is a prerequisite for a long lifespan under the high currents.
5. The lamp may be hot in operation, and can only be touched or replaced after the lamp has cooled.
6. Do not install or place near heaters.fireplaces.candles or other heat sources.Keep the lamp well ventilated when it is on.
7. Children shall not play with the product.
8. To protect yourself from the risk of electric shock.do not place the cord or main body in water or any other liquid.

1. Please confirm direction of the baseplate before installation

2. Secure base plate
   A. Use tapered tapping screws for solid ceiling
   B. Use flat head screws for wire boxes

3. Connect the AC cables, L/N
   Lamp is made of insulating plastic, so no need for ground wireHere supply two kinds of connectors
   A. Fast wire connectors: Turn the switch on until 90°, connect the cable, turn off the switch
   B. Wire nuts: Tighten the AC cable and the UN cable crosswise, then screw in the Wire nuts

4. Push wire nuts upwards
   

5. Rotate the lamp clockwise and install onto base plate, the finish installation

Notes on Connecting Cables:

1. When connecting the cable with the quick cable connector,please make sure to turn on the switch to 90 before connecting the cable.
   If the switch is not tumned on to 90%,the cable will not be connected securely and there is a risk of fire,burns,or electric shock.

2. When using the wire nut to connect the cable,you need to tighten the cable first,and then screw it into the wire nut

1. Scan the below QR code or search and download Keepsmile app from Apple Store or Google play.http://app.ks-keepsmile.com/scanApp
2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your Phone
3. Don’ t connect it on Bluetooth, after turn on the Bluetooth, please open straight to the keepsmile app.
   Select ‘Ceiling light(CCT)” mark means sucessfully connected.
   mark means Bluetooth unconnected, please tap this mark to make it connected

Installation instructions:

1. When you need to remove the base plate, please rotate it according to the direction indicated by the base plate.
   Note: This is the rotation direction of the base plate, not the rotation direction of the light.

2. The rotation direction of the light and the chassis is opposite. Please install according to the directions of the chassis and the light respectively during the installation process.

Remote Control Instructions

Note:The code of the ceiling lamp has been completed when it leaves the factory.please do not clear the code.otherwise it will affect the use.(If the remote control cannot be used,try to clear the code and re-match the code)
Matching code (ON/OFF button): within 30 seconds after the lamps and lanterns are powered on, long press the switch button on the upper right corner of the remote control for 3 seconds, the light flashes rapidly for a few times, indicating the success of matching code
Clear code (night light mode button): within 30 seconds after the lamps and lanterns are powered on, long press the night light mode button at the upper left corner of the remote control for 5 seconds, and the light will flash a few times to indicate the success of clear code.
