Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the vice, ensure that the jaw is parallel to the worktop.
- Detach the vice jaws from the worktop and use the B2 screws to attach them to the spindles.
- Tighten the jaws using the spindles.
- Align the jaws with the bench top.
Note : The product consists of multiple pieces labeled A, B1, B2, C, and F. The sizes of the screws included are 10×40 mm, 6×30 mm, 6×40 mm, and 5×100 mm. Make sure to follow the instructions carefully for proper usage.
Assembly Instructions
Attention:
- The product is made of high-quality beech wood guaranteeing maximum resistance and long service life of the bench.
- Like all solid wood products, it must not be left in areas of high humidity or dampness that will cause natural movement.
- Recommended humidity level max. 60%.
- The product has NO TREATMENT. Please treat your worktop with a varnish or oil before assembly including the bottom of the worktop. Don´t forget to repeat surface treatment every 6 months. This is especially important if situated in an unheated workshop, garage or outbuilding. Varnish (oil) prevents the absorption of surrounding moisture.
- Wood is a natural product, check and tighten all screws and bolts every 6 months.
- Use clamps for fixing the worktop to any table (not included)
