Transcend Micro MySleepDash Tips and Tricks App

The Transcend Micro MySleepDash is an app designed to enhance the functionality of the Transcend CPAP device. It allows users to monitor and analyze their sleep data, as well as customize settings for optimal sleep therapy. The app is available for download on compatible smart devices.
Using MySleepDash with Transcend Micro
To use MySleepDash with the Transcend Micro CPAP device, follow these steps:
- Download and set up MySleepDash on your smart device.
- During the setup process, you will be prompted to:
- Provide consent for the use of analytics.
- Accept Transcend’s terms of use and privacy notice.
- Provide consent for the MySleepDash app to upload data to the cloud.
- Connect the Transcend Micro device to the app.
- Ensure that the Bluetooth LED on the Transcend Micro device is glowing blue, indicating that Bluetooth is enabled.
- If the Bluetooth LED is glowing white, press the Bluetooth button on the device to enable Bluetooth.
- If the Bluetooth button is off, make sure the device is powered and in standby mode.
- Open the MySleepDash app on your smart device and follow the on-screen instructions to connect it to your Transcend Micro device.

USING MYSLEEPDASH WITH TRANSCEND MICRO
- Transcend MySleepDash is a smart device app that will guide a user through the setup process for the Transcend Micro device. The app is not required in order to operate the Transcend Micro device.
- The Transcend MySleepDash app includes helpful information about therapy hours, settings, pressure and leak summaries, and can track sleep health progress. The app cannot be used to change device settings.
- Before connecting Transcend Micro to a smart device, ensure that the latest version of the MySleepDash app is installed on the smart device.
Download and set up MySleepDash

Download Transcend MySleepDash from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the MySleepDash app.

You will be required to create an account using an email.
Users will be required to:- Provide consent for the use of analytics.
- Accept Transcend’s terms of use and privacy notice.
- Provide consent for the MySleepDash app to upload data to the cloud.

Additional information about terms and privacy policies is provided on the Create Account page.

Once selections are complete on the Create Account page, tap submit.

After creating an account, log in using the registered email and password.

The next step will be to connect the Transcend Micro device to the MySleepDash app.
Connecting Transcend Micro to the app
- Ensure the Transcend Micro device is set up correctly and plugged into a power source.
- On the smart device, enable Bluetooth.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the Transcend Micro device. The Bluetooth LED will glow blue to indicate that Bluetooth is enabled.
- If the Bluetooth LED is glowing white, press the Bluetooth button to enable Bluetooth.
- If the Bluetooth button is off, verify that the device is powered and in standby mode.
- On the MySleepDash app, tap Continue on the welcome page.
- Tap the QR code icon to open the smart device camera. The device may require access to the camera features.
- Locate the QR code on the bottom of the Transcend Micro device and scan using the camera on the smart device.
- Click add to complete adding the device.
- The blue LED light on the Transcend Micro will turn green while retrieving data. The LED light will revert to blue when completed.
- The device is now connected, follow the on-screen prompts on the smart device to continue setup.
