Product Usage Instructions

  1. Safety Warnings:

    • Never direct the light of the lamp towards another person or living being, because strong light can cause partial or complete damage to eyesight or eye damage!
    • Never look into the light beam when the lamp is on! If the light beam reaches your eyes, close your eyes immediately or cover your face! In case of injury or eye pain, consult your doctor!
    • The device also has a flashing / alarm function that can cause epileptic symptoms in sensitive people! Please avoid flashing at other people.
    • The device is used to illuminate objects and issue as emergency signal!
    • Do not use the appliance indoors. The lamp is designed for residential use, hiking, outdoor hobbies!
    • The device is not waterproof, only use it in accordance with the IPX4 protection standard! IPX4 = Dust protected (non-damaging intrusion allowed). Protected against splashing water from all directions (non-damaging leakage allowed)
    • The IP protection of the lamp is said to be with the charging cover closed.
    • If you do not charge the device battery or the device is not powered by the lamp, the charger cover must be kept closed to protect the charging ports and the indicator LEDs!
    • The device has a built-in battery, which must be charged with the supplied cableThe charging adapter must be selected according to the specification. (standard 5 V USB)
    • The appliance must only be used in accordance with environmental factors: Do not expose to direct sunlight, heat sources, keep away from radiators and ovens.
    • Please note during use that in cold environmental conditions, the lamp’s performance may be reduced due to a decrease in the built-in battery’s performance.
    • The device cannot be disassembled! In the event of a fault, contact a specialist workshop!
    • The built-in LED light source cannot be replaced! It is forbidden to disassemble the housing!
    • Do not use the device near flammable, explosive materials.
    • Do not insert any optical devices (eg magnifier, spectacle lens) into the light beam.
    • The appliance must not be used by children! Not a toy!
    • The lamp must be used for its intended purpose! The manufacturer and distributor are not liable for damage resulting from improper use!
  2. Charging the Light:

    • The lamp must only be connected to a socket that complies with the specification (USB 5 V)! A socket with a different voltage will cause damage to the lamp! Connect the supplied microUSB cable to the MicroUSB socket on the torch and then the other end to the USB charging socket. The charge level of the lamp battery is indicated by 4 blue LEDs. The LED flashes to indicate the charging process. It takes at least 3,5 hours to fully charge the lamp (depending on the power of the adapter used for charging. Do not use the lamp for lighting while charging the battery!
  3. charging an external device from the lamp:

With the help of the standard 5 V USB socket on the housing, it is also possible to power external devices. (5 V – 1 A) Please note that the lamp battery life decreases when charging an external device. Do not use the lamp for lighting when powering an external device!

  1. Cleaning:

If the lamp becomes dirty, clean the device with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use any chemicals or cleaning agents during the operation. Do not use abrasive or sharp cleaning tools! Make sure that the terminal cover is closed. Do not immerse the lamp in liquid!

  1. Storage:

Store in a place protected from sunlight, moisture. We recommend that if you won’t use the device for a long time to charge the built-in battery to at least 50-70% to maintain its performance. This increases the life of the battery.

  1. Malfunction:

In the event of a malfunction, contact a specialist! Do not disassemble the device! Repairs to the device may only be carried out with factory spare parts! The manufacturer and distributor are not liable for damage resulting from improper use!

  1. Proper disposal of the appliance (Electrical appliance):

It is valid in the European Union and in all other European states that participate in selective collection According to Directive 2012/19 / EU, electrical waste and appliances must not be disposed of with household waste. To charge the lamp, connect it to a power source using the supplied cable and a standard 5V USB charging adapter. Keep the charing cover closed during charging.

  1. Charging an External Device from the Lamp:

The lamp has a standard 5V USB socket that can be used to power external devices. Connect the device to the lamp using the appropriate cable. Note that charging an external device may decrease the lamp’s battery life.
