The VB60SMG1-SET Vacuum Seal Drawer is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for sous vide cooking and food storage. With three levels of vacuum and heat sealing, it offers effortless preparation for sous vide cooking, as well as marinating, storing, portioning, and resealing food. The Vacuum Seal Drawer is part of the Series 9 collection, featuring a sleek Minimal Grey Glass design that complements other Fisher & Paykel appliances.

Product Usage Instructions
To use the VB60SMG1-SET Vacuum Seal Drawer:
- Ensure the Vacuum Seal Drawer is properly installed and connected to a power source.
- Place the food you wish to vacuum seal inside the drawer.
- Close the drawer securely.
- Press the touch controls on the front panel to select the desired vacuum sealing level (low, medium, or high).
- Once the desired vacuum level is selected, press the heat sealing button to initiate the sealing process.
- Wait for the sealing process to complete. The drawer will automatically stop when finished.
- Open the drawer and remove the vacuum-sealed food.
To clean the Vacuum Seal Drawer:
- Ensure the drawer is unplugged and cooled down.
- Wipe down the stainless steel interior with a damp cloth to remove any residue or spills.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface.
