IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read instructions carefully to avoid any personal injury or damage to vehicle. We recommend the product is fitted by a suitably experienced / qualified person. Ensure you do not cause any electrical shorts when installing wiring looms and there is suitable clearance between original components and battery tray after installation. Before closing bonnet ensure there is no interference with the newly installed battery and tray.

FITTING INSTRUCTION
- Ensure the vehicle is stationary and the engine is switched off.
- Disconnect the negative terminal from the battery.
- Tray installation is located at the front left of radiator.

Remove the bolt from the earth strap and the A/C support bracket near where the tray is to be fitted.

Remove the plastic electrical cable mount, located on the inner skirt below A/C pipe.

Remove the front part of the inner wheel arch liner and the OE bolt indicated. Replace with M6 x 30 bolt from inside the inner guard partially into the engine bay.

Fit battery tray in position making sure the Mé bolt fits trough the lower arm of the tray.

Bolt the tray in ensuring the earth strap fits over the tray arm.

Drill two Mé holes through the tray bracket into the wheel arch.

Insert the two M6 (15mm)] bolts through the drilled holes with the support bracket on the underside of the wheel arch. Use the Mé nuts to tighten bolts

Remove the M6 x 30mm bolt from inside the inner guard then refit the inner liner. Replace the Méx 30mm bolt with a body washer and tighten to the lower tray arm using one of the M6 nut.

Fit new battery and using the Mé bolt secure the top mount to the front of the radiator support panel.

Use the longer J bolt to attach to the mounting point located in front of the airbox and tighten into position. Use the shorter J bolt to tighten battery into place.

Reconnect the negative battery terminal. Ensure the battery does not interfere with the bonnet before closing.
