Touchless Lid Dispenser
Congratulations on your purchase! The KleanTake Touchless Lid Dispenser provides a solution to messy, unsanitary conditions at beverage stations. It will elevate the image of your facility, help improve hygiene, increase operational efficiency and help to reduce waste. If you are unsatisfied with this product for any reason, please contact us via the methods below.

INSTRUCTIONS
Read entire manual before beginning assembly and before operating the unit.
Save these instructions for future reference. Always place in a upright
position for proper operation. Do not plug in cord or connect battery until
product is fully assembled. Use only provided power supply. Do not contact
moving parts. Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer. Do
not use outdoors. This appliance can be used by children from the age of eight
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction on safe operation and potential hazards involved. For a cord-
connected unit: To disconnect, turn all controls to the off (“O”) position,
then remove plug from outlet. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug,
grasp the plug, not the cord. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before
servicing or cleaning. For a battery unit: Use only the charger supplied by
the manufacturer to recharge. Use only approved batteries. If there are
missing or damaged parts, contact
help@webstaurantstore.com before assembly.
Do not attempt to repair or service parts. Never operate unit in any way other
than intended. Never operate unit if it was damaged, dropped, or has
malfunctioning parts; contact our service department for support.
Operating Temperature 65°F–95°F (18°C–35°C) Unit Weight: 10lbs (4.5kg) Use
only approved lids.
Commercial use only. Do not discard packaging until assembly is complete and
unit is operational.
- This equipment complies with the Public Limits in accordance with the Council Reccommendation 1999/519/EC on the limitation of exposure of the general public to electro magnetic fields (0 Hz to 300 GHz).
- A-weighted sound pressure level is below 70dB.
- No user adjustable or serviceable components
- No user maintenance required

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
INSPECT DAILY & KEEP CLEAN AND FREE OF DEBRIS
BASE UNIT (A) : Always unplug the unit / disconnect battery before
inspection and/or cleaning. Never handle unit or cord with wet hands. Inspect
and clean the unit periodically. Remove the Gravity Tube (B) and the four
screws on the top cover to access and clean the internal components. Clean
only with a dry cloth or air duster. Never submerge the unit, and do not use
spray cleaners. This unit is not to be cleaned with a water jet or used in
areas where a water jet could be used.
GRAVITY TUBE (B) : Always unplug the unit / disconnect battery &
disconnect from base before inspection and/or cleaning. Inspect and clean
periodically. Clean only with mild soap and a damp cloth. Do not use ammonia-
based cleaners. Never handle the unit or plug with wet hands.
PRODUCT COMPONENTS
STEP 1
Remove all parts from packaging. DO NOT discard packaging until unit is assembled & operational. Do not use Slider Feet (C) if unit is in a designated fixed location on a counter. If the unit will be moved frequently, attach the Slider Feet (C) to the bottom of the Base Unit (A) as shown below by press fitting.
STEP 2
A : Lay the Gravity Tube (B) down on a flat surface. Leaving the plastic
bag on, insert a package of lids with the bag open to the bottom into the
Gravity Tube (B). B : Tip the Gravity Tube (B) up,open the lid bag at the
bottom and gently pull the bag off from the top.
C: Place lid on top of the Gravity Tube (B) in the correct position.
STEP 3 IMPORTANT: Ensure the lids are seated properly onto the gravity tube fingers (Fig. 1), and align the Gravity Tube (B) while lowering onto Base Unit (A).
STEP 4 Once the Gravity Tube (B) is seated, you should hear a “click”. The Gravity Tube (B) release lever should be engaged, locking the parts in place. Ensure that the latch is fully engaged as shown in Fig. 2.
STEP 5
Place the unit in the desired location:
Wall Plug: plug the Electrical Cord (E) into the Base Unit (A) and connect to
a standard outlet.Battery Power: Ensure the Battery (F) is fully
charged on Battery Charger (G), and insert into the Base Unit (A). STEP

The blue indicator light should flash 7 times and remain lit. If indicator
light does not remain lit, unplug the unit, inspect for obstructions, plug
back in and restart. Test the unit by waving your hand in front of the
sensor.
Optional:
Apply the chosen decal as shown.
Warranty information
Select ServSense products are backed by a 1-year replacement warranty. Select
ServSense products are warranted only to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. Proof of
purchase is required to obtain warranty coverage. This warranty is only valid
to the original purchaser and only to products purchased in the contiguous
United States.
Covered Products:
This warranty is valid on select ServSense branded products, including select
products branded “KleanTake by ServSense”.
This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Products sold or used outside of the contiguous United States.
- Products purchased used or sold by an unauthorized reseller.
- Products that have been improperly installed, used, or maintained.
- Products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, harsh chemical action, damage caused by flood,fire,orotheractsofGod.
- Products missing proof of purchase.
- Products damaged as part of shipping and handling.
If required by ServSense, customer shall return to ServSense for examination
any failed product or part to confirm that the product has failed as a result
of material or workmanship. ServSense at its option will replace the item at
no charge or issue a credit memo against future purchases.
This warranty provides the exclusive remedy against ServSense relating to
ServSense products, whether in contract or in tort or under any other legal
theory, and whether arising out of warranties, representations, instructions,
installations or defects from any cause. ServSense shall not be liable, under
any legal theory, for loss of use, revenue or profit, or for substitute use or
performance, or for incidental, indirect, or special or consequential damages
or for any other loss of cost of similar type. The laws of some jurisdictions
limit or do not allow the disclaimer of consequential damages. If the laws of
such a jurisdiction apply to any claim by or against ServSense, NO limitations
and disclaimers contained here shall be the greatest extent permitted by law.
ServSense shall not be liable for more than the purchase price of the
product, inclusive of applicable freight and sales tax.

Residential Use Warranty
Due to the commercial nature of ServSense, residential and non-commercial use
is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to the original
purchaser.
