Unpack the fan from the box and retain the carton and packing for future use. If you must dispose of the carton and packing, please do so responsibly.

OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT
CAUTION:
Select a suitable location for the fan. Always choose a safe location in
accordance with the safety recommendations outlined.
When placing a fan on a table or shelf, always ensure that the power cord
does not hang where it can accidentally be pulled and that the unit cannot
accidentally fall.
Do not hang or mount the fan on a wall or ceiling.
1. Power On and Speed Control
The 3-Speed is controlled by the Buttons of Control Panel / Remote Control.
2. Oscillating Louver Setting
The front oscillating louver grille can be fixed (STOP) or moved (MOVE) as
desired.

You can pre-set the Box Fan for up to 7.5 Hours (0.5 Hours - 7.5 Hours).
The fan will be switched OFF after reaching the setting timer. However, it can
be switched OFF manually at any time.

Slide open battery compartment and insert 2x AAA 1.5V batteries (not provided)
observing polarity.
CLEANING
- Switch off and unplug from the power supply before assembling or disassembling and cleaning.
- Keep the air vents at the rear of the main body free from dust or fluff use a vacuum cleaner to remove these when necessary. Do not probe any opening to remove fluff.
- Fan component parts should be cleaned using mild soap and a damp cloth or sponge. Do not allow any water or other liquid to enter the motor housing.
- Thoroughly remove soap film with clean water.
CAUTION: Do not use harsh detergents, chemical cleaners or solvents as they may damage the surface finish of the fan components.
BATTERIES
- Keep batteries away from children and pets.
- Do not mix used and new batteries.
- Remove the batteries if left for long periods.
- Never dispose of batteries in a fire.
- Battery disposal, spent or expired batteries must be properly disposed of and recycled in compliance with local regulations. For detailed information, contact your local authority.
- Follow the battery manufacturer’s safety, usage, and disposal instructions.
PLUG WIRING (UK & IRELAND)
This appliance is fitted with a moulded BS 1363 13-amp plug. This is fitted with a 3amp fuse. If you have to replace the fuse, only those that are ASTA or BSI approved to BS1362 should be used. If there is a fuse cover fitted, this cover must be re-fitted after changing the fuse. If the fuse cover is lost or damaged the plug must not be used. Spare fuse holders and fuses are available from electrical outlets. If the socket outlets in your home or office are not suitable for this product’s plug, the plug must be removed and disposed of safely. Attempts to insert the plug into the wrong socket is likely to cause electric hazard.
