FAQ RESOLUTION

The charging rate of the replacement charger is lower than that of the original charger.

  1. Please check the power rating of your device. If the power output of the charger is lower than that required by your device, this may result in a slower charging speed and could potentially cause damage to your device.
  2. Charging the device while in use can result in increased power consumption. It is recommended to avoid charging the device while it is being used whenever possible.

An unusual odor when charging.

  1. The adapter passively dissipates heat through its plastic casing during normal operation, which may result in a slight odor from the casing. This is a normal phenomenon.
  2. If the odor is strong, please stop using the device. Check if the power of the device exceeds the power of the charger, or contact us via email to help resolve the issue.

Noise generated during charging

  1. It is normal for the power charger to make noise during charging. The sound is generated by the magnetic components inside the adapter when the power is output. Some adapters may produce louder noises than others due to manufacturing differences. Please be assured that this is normal and safe to use.
  2. The noise may be caused by the fan. During charging, the fan speeds up to ensure that the laptop does not overheat.
  3. It may be an issue with the power management settings. Open the power options in the control panel, and in the advanced settings, set the maximum performance to either “Adaptive” or the middle range, and see if this resolves the issue.

Intermittent power outages occur during the charging process.

  1. Clean the dust from the charging interface. If there is too much dust inside, it may cause poor contact.
  2. Try using a different device to see if the issue is with the internal circuit board.

Cannot charge after connecting the charger to the dock

  1. It is not recommended to use a docking station for charging. We can not confirm whether the docking station parameters you are using match our charger.

If the above methods do not solve your problem, please contact our professional after-sales team via email. We will provide a solution for you as soon as possible.
