Care and Cleaning

Before maintenance, switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket. Do not clean the appliance with metal objects, steam cleaner, ethereal oils, organic solvents, or abrasive cleansers. Use a plastic scraper to remove frost from the appliance.
Clean water tanks if they have not been used for 48 hours. Flush the water system connected to a water supply if water has not been drawn for 5 days.

Remove doors from your old refrigerator before throwing it away. Dispose of the refrigerator in accordance with Federal and Local regulations. Refrigerants must be evacuated by a licensed, EPA certified refrigerant technician.

Electrical Requirements

Before you move your refrigerator into its final location, it is important to make sure you have the proper electrical connection.
Recommended Grounding Method
A 220-240 volt, 50 Hz, AC only 15- or 20-amp fused, grounded electrical supply is required. It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only your refrigerator be provided. Use an outlet that cannot be turned off by a switch. Do not use an extension cord.
NOTE: Before performing any type of installation or cleaning, disconnect the refrigerator from the electrical source. When you are finished, reconnect the refrigerator to the electrical source and reset the temperature controls to the desired setting.

Unpack the Refrigerator

Excessive Weight Hazard Use two or more people to move and install refrigerator. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.
Remove the Packaging Remove tape and glue residue from surfaces before turning on the refrigerator. Rub a small amount of liquid dish soap over the adhesive with your fingers. Wipe with warm water and dry. NOTE: Do not use sharp instruments, rubbing alcohol, flammable fluids, or abrasive cleaners to remove tape or glue. These products can damage the surface of your refrigerator. For more information, see “Refrigerator Safety.” Dispose of/recycle all packaging materials. If the refrigerator has been placed in a horizontal or tilted position for any period of time wait 4 hours before plugging it in to allow the oil to settle into the compressor.
When Moving Your Refrigerator: Your refrigerator is heavy. When moving the refrigerator for cleaning or service, be sure to cover the floor with cardboard or hardboard to avoid floor damage. 1. Turn the leveling feet on the bottom, front of the cabinet to raise or lower that side of the refrigerator until the refrigerator is level side to- side.
2. Turn both feet, by the same amount, to slightly raise the front of the refrigerator. This will make it easier for the doors to close.

Water Dispenser
The water dispenser, located in fridge door, is used for storing drinking water. This feature provides chilled water easily without opening refrigerator. You should be informed of following tips.

Before using Please clean the water dispenser parts before using this appliance for the first time.

shaking up and down.

2. Unscrew the head, then clean it, and

Assembling After cleaning, please assemble these parts together, with reverse sequence of cleaning procedure; and then fit them on the door according to the following procedure.
1. Insert the head into the hole on the door. 2. Fit the tank along the guides on the door. 3. Press down on the two side of the tank. 4. When you hear a click sound, that means the installation is completed.

suggested), and not above the level. Otherwise, it may overflow when the lid is close. We recommend that you fill the water by the following ways. Open the small lid by rotating it and fill water from the inlet of the large lid. please remember to rotate the small lid back to its original position when finish filling water.

Warning!
Don’t push the water dispenser lever forward without a cup below since it may cause water spilling. To avoid cold air leaking out form cabinet, keep the water dispenser parts (especially the water storage box and head) still be installed even if the water dispenser was out of use.
Cleaning
1. Put the water tank out of the door carefully, and then wash the tank, lid, and head lightly in water. 2. After you have successfully cleaned the appliance, you should dry it by natural drying or using the dryer. 3. If you have used the water dispenser for many times, the water in the receiving tank may drop on the floor, which may make your floor wet, and you should clean the tank with dry towel regularly before overflow.

Other beverage (milk, juice, carbonated beverage etc.) were not suggested to be filled in except for drinking water, especially beverage including particles (which may result in function failure). When the appliance is powered on for the first time, the backlighting of the icons on display panel starts working.If no buttons have been pressed and the doors are closed, the backlighting will turn off.

Super Cool
The Super Cool feature helps to keep food stored in the refrigerator at the set temperature during periods of high usage, large grocery loads, or temporarily warm room temperatures. The Super Cool feature lowers the temperature in the fridge compartment. 1. Press the ” ” button to activate this
function. The ” ” icon will be illuminated and the fridge temperature indicator will display 2°C. 2.Super cool will automatically turn off after 3 hours. 3.When super cool function is on you can turn it off by pressing the ” ” button or setting fridge temperature. To manually turn off the Super Cool function, the fridge temperature setting will revert back to the previous setting.
Super Freeze
Super Freeze will quickly lower the temperature within the freezer so food will freeze faster than usual. This feature also helps to keep vitamins and nutrition of fresh food fresh for longer period. 1. Press ” ” button repeatedly until the
Super Freeze icon appears. Press the ” ” button to activate this function. The ” ” icon will be illuminated and the temperature for the freezer is set to -24°C. 2.Super freeze will automatically turn off after 52 hours. 3.When Super Freeze function is on you can turn it off by pressing the ” ” button or setting freezer temperature. To manually turn off the Super freeze function, the freezer temperature setting will revert back to the previous setting. NOTE: When you selecting the Super Freeze function, ensure there are no bottled or canned drinks (especially carbonated drinks) in the freezer compartment. Bottles and cans may explode.
Eco
Press the ” ” button to turn on the Eco function, the ” ” icon will be illuminated. When the Eco function is on, the temperature of fridge is automatically switched to 6°C and the temperature of freezer is automatically switched to -17°C, the temperature of My Fresh Choices is compartment is immovability. When Eco function is on, you can switch it by pressing the ” ” button or adjusting the fridge/freezer temperature, the refrigerator temperature setting will revert back to the previous setting.

Door Open Alarm
If a door is open for longer than 2 minutes, an alarm will sound to alert you and the control panel will display ” “. The alarm will sound 3 times every minute for 8 minutes. · To turn off the alarm, close all doors
completely.
Demo mode Demo mode is for store display, and it prevents the refrigerator from generating cool air. In this of Cooling off Mode, the refrigerator may seem like it is working but it will not make cool air. The display panel will show special segments as follow.
To switch off demo mode, press and hold ” ” And ” ” buttons at same time for 3 seconds and the buzzer gave a long sound.
Wi-Fi function This appliance may be controlled remotely with a smart phone or a tablet computer. If the appliance is not connected to the home network, it will function like a regular appliance.
What do you need to connect the appliance? · Signal from the local wireless network (Wi-Fi)
should be sufficiently strong in the spot where the appliance is installed. · Home network router has to be connected to the internet, and the Wi-Fi function on the appliance should be activated. · The smart phone/tablet computer has to be connected to the internet. · Operating system on your smart phone/tablet computer should be compatible with the ConnectLife app.
APPLIANCE Wi-Fi STATE There are three Wi-Fi states as shown below, you can activate the display board according to the relevant steps.
· CONNECT APPLIANCE TO Wi-Fi After activating the Wi-Fi function, connect your device to your home router in order to connect your appliance with the ConnectLife mobile app. Step 1: Set the appliance to normal operation. Touch the ” ” key for approximately 3 seconds. You entered network connection menu when ” ” appears in the display. Step 2: Touch the ” ” key to select ” ” within 60 seconds. Step 3: Touch the ” ” key to confirm the selection mode. The Wi-Fi symbol starts blinking and the network of this appliance is on to connect for 5 minutes.

Step 4: When the Wi-Fi symbol is on, it means that the Wi-Fi connection is successful. The display will return to normal.
· MULTI-USER PAIR APPLIANCE The appliance can be paired with your mobile device. Simply pair another user to your appliance. This requires, that your appliance was already set up before and is connected to your home network. If not, go back and select SET UP APPLIANCE. Step 1: Set the appliance to normal operation. Touch the ” ” key for approximately 3 seconds. You entered network connection menu when ” ” appears in the display. Step 2: Touch the ” ” key to select ” ” within 60 seconds. Step 3: Touch the ” ” key to confirm the selection mode. The PAIR network of this appliance is now open to connect to, for 5 minutes. Step 4: When the display returns to normal, it means the PAIR connection is successful.
· UNBIND ALL USERS OF APPLIANCE By activating this function, the user information stored in the appliance will be deleted, the appliance will be removed from all paired app user accounts. Step 1: Set the appliance to normal operation. Touch the ” ” key for approximately 3 seconds. You entered network connection menu when ” ” appears in the display. Step 2: Touch the ” ” key to select ” ” within 60 seconds. Step 3: Touch the ” ” key to confirm the selection mode to realize unbinding, and the distribution network time is up to 5 minutes. Step 4: After the device is unbound, it will automatically enter the distribution network state, the ” ” icon flashes, and the distribution network time is up to 5 minutes.

ConnectLife App The ConnectLife App is available to download free of charge from the Apple App Store or from the Google Play Store.

Installing the ConnectLife app Go to the App Store (on Apple devices),
1. AppGallery (on Huawei devices) or Google Play Store (on Android devices) on your phone/tablet computer.
2.Search for “ConnectLife”.
3.Choose the ConnectLife app and install it on your smart phone/tablet computer.
Add Refrigerator on APP 1. Select Add appliances’ or+’ in the upper right corner. 2. Select Refrigerator’. 3. Open the Camera on App to scan the appliance SN code(barcode). The 23-bit barcode can be found under the data plate on the inside of the refrigerator. 4\. SelectSET UP APPLIANCE’, follow the instruct and make sure Wi-Fi function of the appliance is activated, then select ‘Next’. Note: When the appliance has connected to the home network and other users want to pair the same appliance, they can directly select `PAIR APPLIANCE’ to bind. 5. Turn on bluetooth as prompted, you are now presented with the appliance (refrigerator HIS -XXXX), then select it. 6. Select secure Wi-Fi option, input the password and connect. 7. Select the location of appliance and save. 8. Add successful, you are now able to control appliance remotely.

NOTE: Please store different foods according to the compartments or target storage temperature of your purchased products. ·If the refrigerating appliance is left empty for long periods, switch off, defrost, clean, dry, and leave the door open to prevent mould developing within the appliance.
Water dispenser cleaning(special for water dispenser products): ·Clean water tanks if they have not been used for

48 h; flush the water system connected to a water supply if water has not been drawn for 5 days.
WARNING! Food needs to be packed in bags before putting into the refrigerator, and liquids need to be packed in bottles or capped containers to avoid the problem that the product design structure is not easy to clean.
