How to Connect
- Read User Manual before using
- Mujin magsafe wireless Charger and follow all instructions.
- Connect an enclosed USB Type cable with a power adapter and Mujin magsafe wireless Charger.
- Accurately matching the mobile device to the charging pad enables stable charging.
- Make sure there is any metal or small objects between the charging device and the wireless charger. It may cause malfunction or errors.
- Please use 15W or higher power adapter (Power Delivery, AFC,
- QC2.0/3.0 or Higher compatible charger) to charge the device property.
Precautions
- Do not strike, bend, drop, wet or apply excessive force to wireless charger. This may cause damages to the product
- Do not disassemble or damage wireless charger. If the wireless charger has been disassembled by user, all warranties will be void
- Before connecting and using the product with other devices, check if the device is compatible with the product.
- It is recommended charging or use the wireless charger with ambient temperature ranging between 0℃~35 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the performance of the wireless charger may drop.
Safety Notes
- Avoid using in the environment of high temperature, humidity, strong static electricity.
- For your safety, please do not use a wet hand plug and unplug electrical appliance.
- Avoid putting the charger in a place easily accessible to infants and children.
- Do not use the product if is contaminated with water or dirt. This product does not support waterproofing.
- Non professional personnel are not allowed to open and repair without authorization.
Warranty Policy
- Mujin Tech Magsafe Wireless Charger covered by 1 year limited warranty from the original purchase date.
- Pursuant to the terms of Mujin warranty policy. Mujin will provide proper warranty service if product fail under normal use.
- For the products that ant our of warranty period hereunder, Mujin may refuse to provide any warranty service. If the product service it not available, please contact resellers.
