Product Usage Instructions

To use the LQ120HV4 Single Zone Low Wall Console, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the outdoor unit (ODU) is properly installed and connected to the indoor unit (IDU) using appropriate piping.
2. Connect the electrical supply to the outdoor unit according to the specified voltage and frequency (208-230/60/1).
3. Check the electrical ratings of the outdoor unit, including maximum overcurrent protection (MOP), minimum circuit ampacity (MCA), cooling and heating rated amps, compressor amps, and fan motor amps.
4. Install the included wireless remote controller (AKB75735410) for easy control of the system.
5. Optional accessories such as MultiSITETM CRC1, MultiSITE CRC1+, MultiSITE Comm. Mgr., AC Smart 5, Simple Controller, Wi-Fi module with cable, Low Ambient Wind Baffle, Drain Pan Heater, Dry Contact for Thermostat, Simple Dry Contact, Dry Contact for Economizer, Premium Remote Controller, and PI-485 can be added as per your requirements.
6. Refer to the system data for the operating temperature and humidity ranges.
7. Make sure to properly clean and maintain the heat exchanger coating (GoldFinTM) for efficient operation.
8. Understand the fan specifications, including the ODU and IDU types, fan speeds for fan/cool/heat modes, fan quantity, motor/drive type, air circulation, air flow rates (max/high/medium/low), and dehumidification rate.
9. Keep in mind that LG may change specifications without notice for continual product development.

All communication / connection (power) cable from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit is field supplied and is to be minimum four-conductor, 14 AWG, stranded, shielded or unshielded (if shielded, it must be grounded to the chassis of the outdoor unit only), and must comply with applicable local and national codes.
