Charging DuraWaves
(3.7V 800mah rechargable built-in ba_ery)

Charge DuraWaves with the included USB charge cable. Plug one end into the rear of DuraWaves and the other end into a powered USB port like on a computer

NOTE: A red LED indicator turns ON during charging and turns OFF after fully charged. For optimal ba_ery maintenance, please unplug the USB cable after fully charged. A red LED indicator also lights up when power is low (<21%). It is accompanied by a charge indicating sound. If you need a USB AC adapter or car charger, please visit www.isound.com and search for item numbers: ISOUND-2102 or ISOUND-2104.

Playing music via Bluetooth mode

  1. Make sure that DuraWaves is charged.

  2. Turn DuraWaves on by pressing the power bu_on. An LED will _ash red and white, indicating pairing mode.

  3. Follow the instructions for pairing that came with your Bluetooth enabled device. You may have to go into your se_ings and turn Bluetooth ON. Make sure your device is discoverable or in search mode.

  4. Your device should discover “DuraWaves.” Select this profile a password is required, type “0000.”
    NOTE: Once you are paired, the LED will illuminate solid white.

  5. You are now connected and can play your audio content wirelessly! Using the speakerphone function With the built-in microphone, DuraWaves can be used as a speakerphone when you are connected via Bluetooth. When connected via AUX, your phone will act as the microphone and you will hear your caller through the DuraWaves speaker.

  6. When a phone call comes in, answer it as you normally would on your phone, or press the hands-free button on DuraWaves.

  7. Your caller’s voice will play through DuraWaves.

  8. When your call is over, hang up as you normally would on your phone or press the hands-free button.

Connecting via audio cable

  1. Make sure DuraWaves is charged.

  2. Turn DuraWaves on by sliding the power switch at the top left.

  3. Connect one end of the included 3.5mm audio cable to the “AUX IN” port on the back of the unit. Connect the other end to the 3.5mm headphone jack of your audio device.
    NOTE: Connecting the audio cable will override Bluetooth mode. DuraWaves will automatically switch to auxiliary when the audio cable is connected.

  4. Make sure the volume of your audio device and the volume of DuraWaves are both set to medium/low.

  5. Play music on your device and slowly adjust the volume to the desired level.

Adjusting the volume
You can adjust the volume on your Bluetooth-enabled device and on DuraWaves.

Using the suction cup

  1. Clean the glossy back surface of DuraWaves with a dry cloth.

  2. Make sure both the speaker surface and suction cup are free of dirt, dust, and debris.

  3. Firmly stick the side of the suction cup without the pull tab onto the back of DuraWaves.

  4. Clean the glass surface you wish to stick DuraWaves to.
    NOTE: Only use the suction cup with a clean glass surface. Test the connection to make sure it is secure before leaving the speaker. Do not leave DuraWaves mounted for more than 1 hour.

  5. Firmly mount DuraWaves onto your clean glass surface.

  6. When you are ready to remove DuraWaves, carefully pull on the pull tab to release the suction.

Water Resistant Information & Warnings IPX4 Water Level Rating

The iGlowSound Tower cannot be fully submerged under water, but is resistant to water splashed _om any direction. To ensure the iGlowSound Tower is prepared for use against splashing water, remove all cables and tightly close the rubber piece that protects the charge port and AUX port, otherwise water may seep into these ports and damage the speaker.

Troubleshooting

Issue: The sound is low or completely silent.
Solution: Try the following:

  • Make sure both your audio device and DuraWaves are charged.
  • Make sure the connection (either AUX or Bluetooth) is fully functioning and secure. If using AUX IN, be sure the cable is free of dirt and debris and is securely inserted into DuraWaves and your audio device.
  • Make sure the audio cable is not damaged.
  • Check that the volume on both your audio device and DuraWaves is turned up to at least medium.
  • Confirm that your audio device is playing music.

Issue: Bluetooth will not connect
Solution: Try the following:

  • Please consult the user guide of your Bluetooth enabled audio device for instructions.
  • Make sure that both your audio device and DuraWaves are discoverable and in search mode.
  • Try rebooting the speaker by turning it o_ then back on.
  • Make sure someone else is not already connected to DuraWaves

  • Incorrect use or incompatibility with your device may result in reduced battery performance or damage to your device.
  • Do not a_empt to disassemble product.
  • Store and operate between 32°F – 113°F.
  • Do not fully submerge the speaker under water.
  • Do not place this product near a heat source or frame.
  • Do not throw or shake.
  • Do not operate if it has been subjected to shock or damage.
  • Do not crush or puncture the battery.
  • Recharge the internal battery every 3 months when not in use to keep the ba_ery in best condition.
  • Use soft cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning solvents.
  • The internal battery must be recycled or disposed of properly. Contact your local waste management office for information on the proper disposal or recycling.
